"出張で1週間、利用しました。洗濯機(洗剤)があったのが助かりました。 4人での滞在だったのでトイレが2つあるのは大変助かりました！駅前で駐車場も安い打ち切りが近くにあるし、食べ物屋さんも周りに沢山あって立地は良かったです。お風呂がシャワーのみで浴槽がないのが少し残念です。でも歩いてすぐの所に銭湯があります。何回かそちらに行きました。 "

"これ以上ないおもてなし！毘沙門ハウスは間違いなくおススメできます！私たちは家族（合計６人）で毘沙門ハウスを利用しました．予約前にコンタクトをとり，おススメの観光やアクティビティ，レストランなどを紹介してもらい，場合によっては予約手続きまでしていただきました．到着時の亀岡駅までの迎えから宿泊期間中の送迎等の全部の移動を，すべて送迎をしてもらい感謝しかありません．保津川下りや美山町Trip，京料理など亀岡市周辺の体験を堪能しました．そして特記すべきは，ホストのクリスチャン＆つづみさんご夫婦と2人の子どものホスピタリティです．クリスチャンは全ての行程の送迎そして食事の準備を完璧にこなし，つづみさんと共に最大級のもてなしをしてくれました．また，彼らの2人の子どもは，三歳の娘ととても仲良く遊んでくれました．娘は都市部に住んでいるので，野山を駆けまわったり砂遊びをしたりと，普段一人ではできない遊びを一緒にすることはとても貴重な体験でした．三泊四日という限られた期間でしたが，私たち家族とクリスチャンファミリーは長年の友人のように仲良くなりました．また，必ず訪問して時間を共有したいと思います．"

2/10 Terrible

"Room was clean but very tight, didn't have basic items like water bottles - needed to get other items like toothbrush, razor, etc from the lobby. Location was terrific with a huge shopping mall right below th hotel and other malls in the surrounding areas, easily accessible by walking."

"First time here, for business so needed to be near station but also far enough away to avoid taxi crowd. Hotel was very good. Modern, clean, everything works. Evening snacks and wine was great. I would have liked more breakfast options, particularly hot and well cooked scrambled eggs, or fried, and much better coffee. That said it was all fresh and better than many other Japanese hotels I’ve stayed at. Happy to return here one day."

"The rooms were cozy, clean and included everything you would need when on vacation. The washer in our unit allowed us to launder our clothes during a long trip but just know that you will have to hang up the clothes to dry using the built in drying unit in the bath/shower. It took us a while to figure this out. The public bathhouse and restaurant is in an adjacent building. I highly recommend making use of both. The tonkatsu noodles were delicious. The only negative I had was the eateries were on the other side of the train tracks but within walking distance. We arrived late in the evening and most places were closed so we ended picking up our dinner from the train station 7-11 right before they closed at 8:30 pm. There are plenty of eateries at the Universal Studios theme park area 1 train station down. Overall we enjoyed our stay here, no complaints."

"The hotel location was great since it was close to major areas of the city but it was still in a quiet area away from crowds. There’s beautiful temples and shrines close by as well as amazing dining options. My favorite part of the hotel was having a laundry room on the floor we were staying; it was very convenient. The cleaning staff were very fast and organized as well. The window view was great and overall the room was pretty cozy. The only complaint I would have is that the TV was slow but WiFi was fine."
