“Beautiful home with plenty of room for lounging around. Very accommodating hosts. Plenty of things to do, from kayaking, board games, and a ping pong table that was used a lot! There is even a nice poker table in the loft area for card games. Plenty of countertop space for preparing meals. There are 2 different boat launches 10 minutes away in either direction from the house if you are into fishing or boating. Seen turkeys and deer in the morning while drinking coffee on the deck which overlooks……

“Nice and comfortable sized place and easy to find. Stayed for a long fishing weekend with my brother. Everything was quite functional. Plenty of space for parking the truck and boat on premise. Kitchen was clean and everything easy to use. Beds were pretty good. On the negative side, there are not any dressers or places in the bedrooms to store one's clothing and the bathroom is rather small. Overall though, the place is well maintained and was a comfortable stay.”

“Loved this place! It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked for any cooking needs. Location was perfect for us to attend a family reunion nearby. We will definitely rent again. Only complaint was that the AC was not turned on when we arrived - it was hot day and a window unit in the living room so the bedrooms were super hot and took all night to cool off.”

“The place was very clean and beautiful. It could use a few more mixing bowls and serving platters for holiday cooking. The only complaint I have would be the master bedroom is freezing cold at night and there is no way to raise the heat (they are locked) and all the beds have a very thin blanket. The big bedroom with the four beds in it also gets very very cold. We slept with socks and robes on it was so cold a few nights. The bathroom in the upstairs master never got above luke warm water. “This place was extremely clean and well stocked! The notebook in the cottage was very helpful. It included every emergency contact you could think of. Places to go and places to eat. Also explained what to and what not to do in the cottage. Most of all, slept like babies which was most needed. Thanks for sharing your place with us!”

“Our family stay was very memorable. The cabin felt like home with more than everything we needed. Spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and vaulted ceilings gave plenty of room for all. The home was clean with plenty of towels and linens. We brought a side by side and had fun cruising around the back roads. Our grandgirls loved the pond and play area outside. We would stay here again!”

“We loved how much space this house had. The kids loved all the games downstairs. We loved the fire pit, ping pong table, hammock, and backyard. The kitchen was fully stocked. Only cons were some of the arcade games and treadmill out of order. We messaged through vrbo with no response. We later realized we were supposed to email the management company. Upstairs bedrooms had beautiful bright windows, but no blackout curtains. We ended up taping black garbage bags to block out light. They have……

“Adorable cabin and our host Kasia was wonderful. The only reason I didn’t give full 5 stars was because the first night the smoke alarms starting intermittently beeping. It stopped for a day then started again. My husband was able to change the battery. These batteries should at least be changed once a year. For a VRBO probably every 6 months. The battery was Kidde, so we believe it was the original one. Kleenex would have been appreciated. Maybe there was one somewhere, but I couldn’t find a……

“We loved the accommodations. Everything was spotless and just as it was represented online. However, the water was incredibly smelly (like sulfur-or something). Not sure if this is just the nature of the water up here or if it was specific to the cabin. I wish there had been a disclaimer. Thank you”

“Overall the house was very nice. Plenty of room. However, the front porch and screened in porch were unable to enjoy. Dirty and full of cobwebs. The gas grill was filthy and it started a grease fire. The grease pan was overflowing with grease. There were hundreds of wasps in the back yard and Hundreds of biting flies so we couldn't enjoy the yard. My daughter got bite by wasps 5 times and her dog several bites and both required medical attention . The septic system in the front yard had an……
