"A beautiful boutique hotel with spacious rooms and perfect locale for access to all downtown attractions. The lobby is beautiful and features regionally relevant antiques. The room we had was very clean, attractive, well-designed and comfortable. But the top feature of the hotel is literally situated at the of the hotel—the rooftop. The only regret is that there weren’t more hours in the day to spend up there looking at the harbor just across the street. A beautiful sight and much appreciated."

"The house was excellent. It was our only time in a tiny house. There is limited clothing storage. The bed is against the wall so the person sleeping there has to wake the other person during the night for a restroom trip.One has to slide the kitchen table away from the wall to use it comfortably. Those are the only negatives we had. Certainly not a big deal.All appliances that we used worked as expected. The location was great for the Rockland Lobster festival. That was the major reason for picking Rockland to stay. The two restaurants that we dined at are in walking distance and very good as well."

"Very nice place to stay!! The bed was very comfortable. The room was very quiet. The decor was very quaint. The owners were very attentive and accommodating. Breakfast each morning was delicious. They had homemade pie and ice cream in the refrigerator that we enjoyed in the evenings…what a treat! A couple cons…the shower drain was very slow. The bed pillows were way too poofy for us. The air conditioning was stuck off but we managed to get it working and it worked well. We would definitely stay here again."

"The house was in a superb location with fabulous water views. Very comfortable; we were three women and had our own very comfortable bedrooms. Well equipted house. easy to access and use everything. Walked everywhere. Only suggestion would be to have some more comfortable outdoor chairs so we could sit outside to enjoy the view. would recommend and definitely rent again if i return there."

"The house was very nice and stocked with everything, we could possibly need. One note, we arrived during a record heat wave, and he home does not have air conditioning. This was not listed as included, however, it was not called out that it did not have central air, like it's called out no carbon monoxide detector. There is a ton to do in the area, I would recommend this property to others."
