“The Tiny Sanford House is so quaint and remarkable! I would give the property a 10 Star and the owner a 20 Star. It was an awesome stay and definitely recommend anyone to stay there.”

“Beautifully decorated, modern, spic n span. This gem has all the necessities you would need to spend a relaxing time on the water. Close to town with restaurants to meet any desires from sandwiches to steaks. Take a walk along Lake Monroe enjoying the outdoors. Enjoyed our stay and will probably return.”

“We had 5 adults stay for Daytona Bike Week. The house was 2 blocks off the main road, which was convenient and quiet. Traffic was minimal, except during school pickup/drop off times. There was room to park an 18’ car trailer for the week in the yard and concrete pad for bike parking. The neighbors were quiet and kind (if we saw them). The shared bathroom shower was not cleaned properly-there was hair on the walls and floor and no cleaning products on hand. There was 1 remote for 3 televisions……

“The property was exactly as described and shown in the listing. The check in process went smoothly on the hosts' side, with good, detailed communication. The loft bed was cute and fun to relax in, but i did opt to use the fold-out couch for sleeping, as i am a bit tall. Overall, a fun weekend stay at a great location in walking distance to downtown!”

“We liked the place was in a safe gated neighborhood, and the host communicated with us regularly when needed.”

“Great spot close to downtown Sanford. By close I mean right around the corner. A funky and fun room. It was cold and there is no central AC or Heat, but there was a little space heater that quickly warmed the room, in fact I had to turn it off because it was so warm. I read about the bathroom sink and yes, it is weird. You will get wet so SLOWLY turn the water on. Yes the spiral staircase feels sketchy, but that was part of the fun of the space and we laughed so much about it. The only "issue"……
