I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.」

「Es una hermosa propiedad con un personal poco capacitado,la limpieza es deficiente e inaceptable hay cucarachas objetos de clientes anteriores,las tohallas sucias y manchadas,la manta de taparse sin cambiar (con un olor espantoso)La habitacion que me asignaron no fue inspeccionada por un supervisor o personal a cargo.Al llegar me pidieron un deposito de 100 dolares aunque no mencionan eso a la hora de la resrva y entrar a la habitacion para encontrar total decepcion 」

「The desk clerk deleted my reservation on Expedia and told me it had not gone through yet. I had to call Expedia and wait 90 minutes before getting pregnant with resolved.」

「A big shoutout to Mae, a member if the front desk staff. She was very kind and flexible in getting me an extended checkout and switch to a different room. Accommodating me when I was sick was incredibly helpful.」

「The room smelled like mildew and mold from a filthy AC. The floors made your feet black, the walls were splattered with old food and whatever else.. dirt, feces and blood, there was cockroaches, the bathroom door couldn’t close because it was warped from water damage. The hallway carpets were black and thick with various spilled substances, everywhere smelled like cigarette smoke. The lobby was covered in animal hair. Homeless people fighting in the parking lot. The people who live there...

「This place should not even be on a booking site it was discusting with bugs, smelled like death, had burn holes all over the blankets and beds were filthy, holes in walls bathroom looked worse than a porta potty! 」
