“Right in the heart of historic downtown Sanford. Short walk to Lake Monroe and all of the local amenities. Check in was a breeze and the room was tastefully designed and color coordinated very well. The ceilings are high and the ceiling tiles are very unique. There are artistic touches in the entire unit which makes it quite cozy and fun.”

“Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. ”

“Amazing! They had everything I needed and were so flexible as I almost needed to extend my stay due to the storm. The vibe was great, very cool and seamless check in and access. Close to everything needed. I will definitely be returning! Can’t wait.”

I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.”

“Great location for restaurants and river trail. Very well stocked so it is an easy and comfortable stay.”

“This place should not even be on a booking site it was discusting with bugs, smelled like death, had burn holes all over the blankets and beds were filthy, holes in walls bathroom looked worse than a porta potty! ”

“The room smelled like mildew and mold from a filthy AC. The floors made your feet black, the walls were splattered with old food and whatever else.. dirt, feces and blood, there was cockroaches, the bathroom door couldn’t close because it was warped from water damage. The hallway carpets were black and thick with various spilled substances, everywhere smelled like cigarette smoke. The lobby was covered in animal hair. Homeless people fighting in the parking lot. The people who live there……

“Es una hermosa propiedad con un personal poco capacitado,la limpieza es deficiente e inaceptable hay cucarachas objetos de clientes anteriores,las tohallas sucias y manchadas,la manta de taparse sin cambiar (con un olor espantoso)La habitacion que me asignaron no fue inspeccionada por un supervisor o personal a cargo.Al llegar me pidieron un deposito de 100 dolares aunque no mencionan eso a la hora de la resrva y entrar a la habitacion para encontrar total decepcion ”
