When I arrived the front desk did a wonderful job checking us in. Was very helpful and made the process a lot easier. We have two small dogs and they were very nice and welcoming to them too. Our room was nice and clean and the air conditioning unit worked very efficient. The breakfast buffet in the morning was delicious they had a nice selection met with great coffee and a few different choices of juice to choose from. All in all it was really great and the staff was awesome when it came to helping us out. I would definitely come back to stay and I would highly recommend this to anyone needing a place to stay with fur babies.

The outside of the property could be cleaned up a little, trash on ground and grass was a little long around hotel. Hot tub worked but was warm not hot. Staff was very friendly.

Did not like the slight smell of urine upon entering bathroom for the first time. Low on shower gel which didn't lather well. Bathroom door had water damage and needs replacing. Wood trim on desk and dresser was tacky (sticky). Murphy's wood soap would take care of that. Ice machine on 3rd floor where we were was out of order. Staff, however, was amazing!

Property is looking it's age. Had to move to another room as my air conditioning unit was leaking. Staff was super helpful in putting me in another room. Duct tape around the elevator buttons shows it's wear and tear. Rooms were big and overall clean.
