Very quiet street surrounded by greenery, just 400 meters from the sea and a 3-minute drive from the charming village of Binibeca Vell.

You can enjoy the following amenities: free Wi-Fi, television with cable or satellite channels, hi-fi system, and DVD player. There is also a barbecue, fireplace, and air conditioning.
Bathroom amenities include a hairdryer, towels, and toilet paper.
Prepare a delicious home-cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes an oven, stove, and refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, microwave, and cooking utensils.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour en famille dans cette jolie maison Minorquine, décorée avec goût. Tout est fait pour que chacun profite des vacances : les plus petits comme les grands. Amazing villa. Check in process so easy (lockbox for keys) every item you could possibly think of / need. Really beautiful setting. There is also a little pathway followed by some steps that takes you straight down to the bakery/bar and restaurant - be sure to find it as it makes it a very quick 4minute walk. High recommend

We’ve been staying in various villas in Binibeca for over a decade. This stands out as one of the very best. Pros Great layout Comfortable beds (not easy to find in Binibeca!) New furniture Response hosts Cons Dated kitchen (but most villas in the area have a dated kitchen) Poor internet Slightly further from central Binibeca Nou (not that it really matters!) I’ll certainly be booking again!

Beautiful Menorcan Villa

We loved the villa and it's location, the aircon was very much appreciated in the high temperatures as was the pool. We had free Wifi and the kitchen had all the crockery, utensils and mod cons. The bedrooms have loads of storage with 2 having ensuite. We spent most nights out on the veranda eating al fresco, watching the gecko's! We enjoyed the walks into the local village where the people are so friendly. Binibeca Vell and Binibeca Beach are a must for anyone who stays, and also a walk down to Punta Prima was enjoyable. Diana is so helpful, we didn't need for anything and would book again in a heartbeat! Villa Persephone you were fantastic, and were more than expected!
