This was a bright, modern, clean condo. The only noise at night was the crashing of the waves. The access to the beach was so close and easy! The balcony was a nice spot to have coffee in the morning with a view of the ocean, and we enjoyed reading out there in the afternoon. Would stay there again!

Excellent Place

The condo is beautifully decorated, well stocked, and perfectly located for beach access. Also, the condo is an easy walk to the local restaurants and stores. Super easy check in and check out process. Overall, amazing place to stay!

Fantastic location!

We loved our stay! Very clean, comfy beds, 2 minute walk to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked, pool was great for the kids. Only complaint: slow internet & cable & no beach towels.

Great location and comfy beds!

This location is a super short walk to the beach and the beds are comfy! Needs more art on the walls and the kitchen could use salt/pepper/oil and hot pads for the oven.

Beautiful condo in great location

We loved this condo; you can hear/see the ocean, it is right across from a beautiful beach and we loved the wetlands walk. Very walkable and low-key town.

Great location

Nice condo just a block off the beach. Perfect for walking the trails along the coastline and to coffee and restaurants in Carp. Bring beach/pool towels because there are none provided. We used both bedrooms and the pull out bed in the living room (which had never been used) and our group of 5 did fine for a short stay. It was nice to have two bathrooms (one upstairs and one down).

Gorgeous Beach Condo

Beautiful condo across the street from the beach. Updated , clean and stocked with all the supplies you need. Comfortable beds and 2 modern bathrooms. Decor is lovely throughout. Perfect location just a few minutes walk to downtown Carpinteria.

Pleasant unit close to beach

Five day stay off season to be near our son who lives in Carp. Unit was delightful and well equipped. Bedding comfortable and linens high quality. Beach chairs and umbrella a nice touch.

Great spot in Carpinteria

This was our second time staying in this unit, and we’ll be back next year. Everything from booking, to check-in, to communication and check-out were great! It’s nice to have the two pools and hot tub to suit a range of ages. The location near the beach can’t be beat. The unit is clean, stylish, and comfortable!

Pros:*Directly across the street is a beautiful and clean beach.*Never had an issue with street parking. *Felt very safe.Cons:*No beach umbrella or beach towels. *Internet is very slow.*Not enough towels and wash cloths to last an entire stay.

Very Nice - Lots of stairs

This is a very nice condo. Very clean and stocked with essentials. One block from the beach. Both bedrooms and one (of two) bathroom is upstairs. Also there are stairs to get to the condo unit. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Lovely place in a lovely town!! Well decorated, well stocked kitchen, perfect location within walking distance of everything. We loved our stay. I had to call management for one thing and they immediately answered and dealt with it at that moment, which is phenomenal. I only took one star off for cleanliness bc the provided fans were absolutely scummy so we didn’t use them. Made it pretty hot to sleep at night. Otherwise, great place. Of note: I would not take children to this beach. There is a large natural tar pit right next to it and the tar is in the sand on the beach. Not a big deal for us bc we just walked and sat in the sun but kids would get covered in the stuff. The rental company provided the stuff to clean it off which was awesome.

Perfect Chill Beach Getaway

My family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, new, and so close to the beach. We walked to everything we needed (groceries, restaurants, ice cream, surf shop) and took strolls along the beach. Multiple other beaches with surfable waves were a short drive away. Communication with the owners was great. Check in and out was seamless. It really was perfect. Highly recommended.
