“This is a great property if you have a dog with its private yard and grass area. It’s also VERY close to downtown. Negatives…dead ants, tree sheds sticky leaves that stick to everything. I would rent again!”

“The "Cottage" is well designed and has everything you need in a short-term rental. Well appointed small kitchen with breakfast bar. Bathroom was clean with a shower stall and large vanity. Good internet and 2-desks for working. All relatively new and clean. Located in a nice Palo Alto neighborhood within walking distance to downtown. Host was great. Stayed for 14-days and will stay there again.”

“Was in town for a comedy show at the SAP Center. It was literally 10 mins away with a uber. Great location, right next to downtown San Jose. Quinn let us check in 30 mins early. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Bed in the bedroom was extremely comfortable compared to anywhere else. Almost felt like home. Shower was big, washer and dryer and a patio area to relax. ”

"Everything else is perfect, but I couldn’t sleep because it was too hot and I cannot turn on the air conditioner, it blows directly to my bed. Besides that everything else is good. "

"**Disappointing Stay at Marriott** I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed. The first room that I stayed had persistent air conditioning issues and disturbing noises, which made resting difficult. After a frustrating room change, I was given the wrong key when trying to retrieve my adapter, and the staff didn't acknowledge the inconvenience. As a loyal Marriott guest, this experience fell far below expectations and I never got a apology from the hotel."
