「We liked everything about Castelfalfi. The staff were very professional and happy to help about any issue. The restaurants were excellent, especially La Oliva. Excellent wine selections in all the restaurants. Spa, pools, the excursions were all very well managed and great. All and all we loved spending a whole week there. The fact that we were actually there to see Andrea Bocelli in concert was the icing on the cake. Strongly recommend the whole experience.」

「Old hotel，the attitude is not so good when we check in but excellent when we checked out. AThe air conditioner did not work well. The temperature higher than 27 degree overall 」

「離舊城區很近,大概步行5分鐘就抵達盧卡城牆,飯店內就有免費的停車位,如果是開車的人,是很方便的選擇,員工很友善,很親切,此區感覺蠻安全的,只可惜沒電梯,如果有住在三樓的就要搬行李」
