Excellent home for a good vacation. Excellent sea view, outdoor space where you can enjoy al fresco dining. The house is brand new, with full kitchen, 1 spacious suite, large living room, bathrooms with hydromassage columns and other utensils necessary for personal well being. It offers free private parking on the property. There is a free car and bike so you can visit the island.

Super FeWo

Sehr gute FeWo mit toller Einrichtung und tollem Ausblick. Im Haus ist noch eine zweite FeWo, wir hatten die obere mit einer großen Terrasse. Alles auf hohem Niveau, gutes Bett (haben nur eines der zwei Zimmer genutzt). Badezimmer auch auf hohem Niveau. Ausblick auf das Meer und den Bananengarten des Eigentümers. Alvaro ist sehr nett - Kommunikation mit Hilfe von Google Translate funktioniert gut. Für Planespotter interessant. Abhängig vom Wind ist der Landeanflug gut zu sehen - es scheint als ob die Jumbos auf der Terrasse landen wollen um im letzten Moment Richtung Flughafen abzudrehen. War aber nur an einem Tag. Normalerweise ist der Anflug von der anderen Seite und der normale Start stört kaum, ist aber hörbar. Hat uns gut gefallen und werden wahrscheinlich wiederkommen.

We Didn't Want To Leave

Ill start by saying Alvaro is amazing, before we got to Madeira I had some technical issues with my Insulin Pumps. I was getting to the end of what I had left, So I had to arrange an emergency pump delivery all the way from Canada. When we arrived the first thing he did was help me find where I needed to go to pick up my medical supplies, he made calls and organized it for me :) I am beyond thankful for his extra help ! Now for the actual stay.. I'll try my best to articulate the beauty of Madeira, but you just need to go. Ive always loved mountains (growing up 40 min for the Canadian Rockies) but these are built different. Ive never seen so many little mountain towns, they just kept getting more mesmerizing! I will say the roads are not for the faint of heart, if it wasn't for my boyfriend doing the driving there's no way I would have seen all that we saw. P.S. We named the car Peggy The Peugeot. The house is very clean when you arrive, modern updated interior. When we were there it was still quite warm, Alvaro came and put screens in on the bedroom window so that we could sleep with it open at night and not have bugs.. Very kind of him to do so! Theres only one thing I could suggest about the property for future guests is to remember you are on an Island with bugs and little creatures, what helped us to keep them minimal was by keeping the garbage in a bag on the lower level of the fridge.. Its a small thing you can do that just keeps the ants from venturing in :)

Très bon accueil, la maison possède tout le nécessaire pour passer une excellente semaine, emplacement au calme à côté des bananiers et au top pour visiter l'île..l aéroport est très proche mais pas de nuisances sonores..merci Alvaro!🙂

Wunderbar, ein Traumurlaub! Empfehlenswert!!!

Wir waren 6 Wochen in Alvaros Haus. Alvaro ist ein sehr netter und fröhlicher Gastgeber. Er hat uns bei allen Anliegen immer geholfen. Das Haus, die Einrichtung, der Banen -Garten sowie der Blick auf den Atlantik sind einzigartig. Wir wurden auch mit den Bananen aus dem eigenen Anbau versorgt. Das Auto (inbegriffen) hat uns überall sehr gut über die Insel gebracht. Nochmals herzlichen Dank an Alvaro. Wir kommen wieder.

Fantastisches Ferienhaus in toller Lage

Meine Frau und ich haben 10 sehr schöne Tage in einem fantastischen Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist sehr geräumig, in vorzüglichem Zustand, sehr gepflegt und wohnlich ausgestattet. Es mangelt an nichts, wir haben uns sofort „zu Hause“ gefühlt. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer, zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer und zwei moderne Badezimmer mit luxuriösen Duschen machen den Aufenthalt zu einem Vergnügen. Die große Terrasse mit fantastischem Blick auf das Meer und in den zum Grundstück gehörendem „Bananengarten“ lädt zum Sonnenbaden ein. Vor dem Haus befindet sich ein riesiger Parkplatz mit Wendemöglichkeit für einen PKW. Hier übernahmen wir kostenfrei (!) Alvaros Leihwagen, der uns zuverlässig jeden Tag über die Insel gefahren hat. Der Transfer Flughafen – Ferienhaus wurde vom Gastgeber kostenfrei und zuverlässig durchgeführt. Gastgeber Alvaro haben wir als humorvoll, freundlich, zuverlässig und sehr entgegenkommend kennengelernt. Für seine Gastfreundschaft bedanken wir uns ganz ausdrücklich. Wir können jedem empfehlen, dieses Ferienhaus beim nächsten Besuch der Blumeninsel zu besuchen. Es lohnt sich!! Vielen Dank Alvaro und alles Gute für die Zukunft! Petra und Peter

Location idéale pour passer un agréable séjour

Que dire ! Alvaro viens vous chercher à l'aéroport, il vous installe dans sa spacieuse location (idéale pour 2 couples d'amis) d'une propreté irréprochable avec tout le confort, une grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer, le must une voiture à disposition pour visiter l'île et en fin de séjour il vous reconduit à l'aéroport le tout avec le sourire. Bon emplacement

Les propriétaires sont très gentils et disponibles. Nous avons trouvé une maison très propre avec tout l'essentiel. Nous avons eu à disposition la voiture pendant 15 jours,ce qui nous a permis de visiter tous les coins de l'île. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances. Vista oceano

Posizione collinare tranquilla e ben ventilata. La casa è grande e corrisponde alla descrizione e alle foto dell'annuncio. Alvaro è gentilissimo. Con la macchina che ci ha messo a disposizione abbiamo potuto visitare tutta l'isola. La spiaggia di sabbia di Machico è a 5 minuti di macchina e la capitale Funchal a 15. Consigliatissima. Amazing, new, clean, well laid out property with beautiful ocean views from nearly every window. Close enough to stores and other towns, but up in a neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle for perfect Serenity! Owner was super nice and even treated us to a bowl of fresh avocados, custard apples and passion fruits he picked them upon our arrival all from the trees that grow right on the property! Such a wonderful welcome gift❤️ Clothes washer, clothes line and hanging rack were also very much appreciated to have right on hand. Definitely recommend this property!

Un merveilleux séjour

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans la maison d'Alvaro où tout a été conçu pour rendre nos vacances très agréables et inoubliables. De l'accueil à l'aéroport le jour de notre arrivée, jusqu'à la fin du séjour, nous avons été ravis. Alvaro et son épouse se sont montrés d'une extrême gentillesse et nous ont comblés par leurs attentions délicates et leur disponibilité. On ne pouvait guère rêver mieux. La maison que nous avons occupée est idéalement située pour sillonner l'île. La voiture mise à dispostion par Alvaro nous a été bien utile et nous avons pu parcourir Madère et découvrir cette île du nord au sud et d'est en ouest. Nous n'avons qu'une envie, celle de revenir rapidement car il y a ici une douceur de vivre particulière où la gentillesse des gens vous cueille à chaque instant. Un vrai bonheur ! Un grand merci à nos adorables hôtes chez lesquels nous aurions aimé nous éterniser encore un peu pour profiter de ce bel environnement. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation cette adresse où rien ne manque, ni le confort, ni la propreté, même le soleil et la chaleur nous ont accompagnés pendant 10 jours. Mille fois merci Alvaro et à bientôt.

Een prima huis met voldoende faciliteiten. Horren ontbreken nog (tegen muggen). Verder zou het ook lekker zijn om buiten wat standenstoelen te hebben of een ligbed o.i.d. Het grootste voordeel was de auto die bij de huurprijs inzat. Top!!!
