“I’ve stayed here before and didn’t have a bad experience but this time around was rough. We called at noon and asked for an early check in. They said we could check in at 1. We went at 2 and it wasn’t ready. We said we’d just be back at 3 for normal check in time. We walk into our room and they cleaner is in there still. She said it would be another 15 mins. We waited in the car. Finally at 3:35 she was done. We go in and got settled. We had to tiptoe in the room bc the floors were wet. There……

“1. The photos on the Expedia web site are fake. At least 20 years old. 2. The room was dirty. 3. No hot water. No toilet paper. 4. The refrigerator was unplugged and moved away from an electrical outlet. I had to move it. 5. The mattress on one bed squeaked whenever I sat or laid on it. 6. The A/C unit thermostat was so dirty from cigarette smoke that I had to clean it so I could move the switch from heat to cool. I had to get the proprietor to fix it. 7. “Our room was clean and comfortable. Heat & cooling controls were easy to operate. Amenities were very good. It felt like an oasis with private parking right at our door and outdoor seating. Walking around the art center we were surrounded by unique art decor and creative and welcoming artists. The staff were friendly, attentive and recommended local places of interest. We highly recommend a stay here. ”

“Bathroom floor by shower could use a good scrubbing with bleach and carpet had spills on it, light bulb missing from lamp which made it really hard for me to read in the room. Only had a tiny bit of toilet paper left on roll but luckily there was one spare roll. Shower was extremely slippery with no rubber mat to put down so we used a bath towel to prevent falling in shower. Nice other than these few issues.”

“Pool had rust in it and pretty dirty. Tub was pretty dirty looking but overall we had a good stay. Staff was nice especially the breakfast lady and one of the cleaning guys. Lots of restaurants around the area. Probably wouldn’t book again just bc we went for the indoor pool and seeing the shape it was in. ”
