VERY Historic home 2 BR/1 BA Adobe dating back to the 1700`s; amazing outdoor living, located on 2 acres, behind Museum Hill; very special private sanctuary for Santa Fe immersion & extended stay. Fully renovated with old world & cultural design, curated art & furnishings. A/C; Walk to 5 world-class museums/Santa Fe Botanical gardens; Canyon Rd - 3 min by car, Plaza/Dtown - 8 min by car. Sprawling property & gardens; hike right off the property. A true Santa Fe legacy property;Adult only
Classic & special Historical Adobe - newly renovated. Filled with art and antiquities from the early Spanish colonization. Perfect for 1 to 3 people due to one bathroom. Large fireplace in Sala w/plenty of wood and comfortable sitting. 9’ dining table doubles as a work space with views to entire property and gardens. Master Bedroom (queen) with ensuite sitting/TV room; organic sheets & towels; quality furnished kitchen. Outdoor opium bed and seating with wrap around portale w/outdoor kitchen w/Weber gas grill; Highspeed wifi.
2 acre property with beautiful old trees, large lawn and gardens. Sprawling outdoor living in warmer months with fire pit, comfy outdoor seating and outdoor dining in two locations. Shared Laundry room has private access for guests - attached to Home through a secure and locked door through kitchen.
Owner is always available via text.
Historic homestead right behind Museum Hill and Old Santa Fe Trail, dating back to 1745 Spanish Land grant with documentation from the King of Spain. Old fruit trees and lilacs blossom in the spring. Walk to 5 amazing museums and the Santa Fe Botanical Gardens. Walk to Canyon road and great hikes right off the property. Stone`s throw to my favorite hike - Sun Mountain.
Car definitely recommended - 2 designated parking spots
