This was a last minute find for us and it didn’t disappoint. The view is incredible and in such a great location with plenty of space. Highly recommend and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The best!!

We decided that this was the best place It had the best location for all things in and around Santa Fe and had the most incredible view. The house felt warm and cozy without feeling too lived in. We loved it!

First thing people said when entering the house was “Wow look at the view!” Such a great house to gather a large family group or just a couple. Location was great, close to the Plaza and great restaurants. The house was well stocked and comfortable. Can’t go wrong staying here we would definitely return if possible.

Love the location. Property was as it looked in photos. Great view and sunsets. Rooftop deck was a terrific place to hang out. Convenient to town. Suggest brighter lighting, especially in the kitchen.

Nice house and location

VRBO ReviewWe recently stayed at this house off Gonzalez Road in Santa Fe and had a great experience. The house itself is lovely, well-maintained, and of good quality. It’s in an excellent location—close to both skiing and downtown, making it a convenient base for exploring the area.While the house was comfortable, we did notice that the kitchen didn’t offer as many amenities as other rentals we’ve stayed at. If you plan to do a lot of cooking, you might want to bring some of your own essentials.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would absolutely consider staying here again. It’s a beautiful property with easy access to Santa Fe’s attractions.

Topaz Mountain was lovely. Quite well equipped w/very nice linens and kitchen equipment. Easy access to everything altho not w/in walking distance to The Plaza. Beautiful views and sunsets. Opportunities to walk around the neighborhood. We loved our time there.

Nice location

Beautiful property and close to town but not in the hustle and bustle. Nice views. The house had everything we needed. The only drawback were the beds were not very comfortable. A memory foam topper would have been nice. Also no ice and no ice cube trays to make your own. This is why only 4 stars.

We hosted thanksgiving here and really enjoyed our stay. We did run into a few problems getting in (the lock box code was incorrect), a few cleaning issues (dirty rags left by cleaners, bandaid in shower, one dirty bed). A few details that can be fixed hopefully as they learn, all in all a nice place to stay.

Snowy Days in Late March

The mountain range views are exceptional. We ate breakfast and dinner in every day. The kitchen is fully equipped. However, we could not get the ice maker to work. Location is perfect for downtown Santa Fe and the Plaza as well as catching the Santa Fe Trail to the Pecos National Historical Park. Great house.

Beautiful mountain sunset view

We had never been to Santa Fe before. At first, we thought we wanted to stay near the Plaza, but we were so happy we chose to stay here. Every single night, we were able to watch the sunset over the mountains - an incredible view. It had a great deck to sit on. It was only a short drive to the plaza and anything else in Santa Fe. The bedrooms and a TV room were downstairs. Everything else was upstairs. The pictures represented everything well. I'd stay again!

Great place!

They need to move the TV to a more central location in the den. They need to get a disposal. They need to get a real wine opener. For the price we paid they should invest in a 10.00 opener instead of that cheap .70 cent one. They need power outlets on both side of the master bed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spacious open floor plan, with windows on three sides and great views of the Jamez mountains (upper floor). Great place to hang out, and as the house is high up relative to its neighbors, it creates a nice airy space. We kept the windows open and the AC off. 2 really nice bedrooms on the lower floor. Be aware that the 3rd bedroom is tiny - not even enough space for a nightside table or dresser. Fridge light needs a new bulb, and doesn't appear to have a water hookup (so no ice).

It’s always a little difficult to tell location surroundings when booking, but this was the perfect, quiet and upscale location within a very short drive to downtown. The view was amazing! Although the property isn’t new, it was in very good condition and very clean. A nice supply of soaps/paper products/towels/etc. were provided. Only small complaint was that mattresses were a bit firm for our liking, but that’s personal preference. Property is a split level with all bedrooms on lower floor, so this may not be the best option for someone with limited mobility. It was perfect for our family!
