“This was a first time staying so close to the seawall as we normally stay away from too large of a crowd. The unit was just as described, very clean and although on the seawall, gave the ability to avoid the crowds. The grandbaby enjoyed the pool, and the teens had plenty to do. Very clean area, and the front desk team was very friendly.”

“This little bungalow was very, very clean. We enjoyed being close to the ocean and within walking distance to restaurants and sight seeing. There were some problems with the HVAC system and the amenities were less than expected. We had to purchase everything down to the salt and pepper for meals. We would recommend anyone from 2 to 4 people to stay and play in this home.”

“This is the perfect place for a large group. The spaciousness of the house was amazing. Kids had plenty of room inside and out of the house to have fun with their friends. “Property is right on the beach and the staff was very friendly. We didn't see any bugs, the AC worked, and the bed was okay. Those are the pros. The cons... I was disappointed overall. This is not what i expected from a Wingate by Wyndham property. It wasn't the cleanest. The hallways, stairs, and walls were all a little grotty. We only stayed one night and so it was bareable, but i will not be reserving this hotel in the future for our stays in Galveston.”
