“I recently stayed at Landmark Medellín for a short 3-night stay in a Duplex Queen Suite, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. From arrival to departure, we felt genuinely cared for by the entire team.
Check-in was smooth and easy, and I appreciated how helpful the staff was, including sending useful information through WhatsApp. Everyone was always smiling, greeting us warmly, and creating such a welcoming atmosphere.

“I booked this hotel for our last night in Medellin, specifically because it had a beautiful rooftop bar. However, at check-in I was informed that the rooftop was closed for guests since there was a private event but that I could go the next night, but I was leaving the country the next day so I could never experience the rooftop at night. Also from our room we could hear the music blasting and we were on the second floor, but it was a bummer because we could not enjoy the party. Also in Colombia……
