“Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, our microwave worked (and was clean) and the frig. kept things cold. The ice machines work and you can do laundry if needed. It's a budget hotel so the towels are on the thin side and there's no in-room shampoo but I travel with my own so no issue. If you have noisy neighbors, you're going to hear them, but you can turn the window unit on and create background noise to muffle them.”

“Old but fresh remodel. GREAT location to walk to beach Northside. of rock. Good dog areas. Very nice and friendly folks who care. HOMELESS unfortunatly as most places these days.......I would stay only there again if in Morro Bay. It was quiet and the beach....WOW!”

“The staff were friendly, pleasant, and caring. I complained upon checking in about the room's cleanliness, and within 5 minutes they were inspecting the room and cleaning. The issue as I'm told many times by locals is the "some-people" who come in and stay in Santa Maria with their "excessive" party like mentality. The room was clean, new paint, new sheets, and I liked my walk-in shower! it was new! some places you can tell that it needs renovation, but this place/room was clean and had been……

“The room was about a mintue or two walking distance to the beach. Everything was close just around the corner example; resturants, a market that is open until midnight, shops, and the pier. We were able to see the ocean from our room, there is a bench outside in every room infront of the window. The room were clean upon arrival. Staff was very friendly. ”

“Well there was a cockroach we found in the room and the floor by the door had dirt. There is no water pressure in the shower and no shampoo. Call and got some shampoo. ”

“The bed sheet connected to the bed is full of hair. I asked front desk to help me change the sheet, and then they gave me two sheet which is new and clean. Then I compared them, and find that the one on my bed is green, old, and dirty. The towel there is also dirty, which has soap remaining on.”
