Beautiful stay right on the beach

Wonderful Condo in a Great Location

I rented this condo for my family of four and it was a perfect spot for out vacation. The property has access to the Zaashila resort amenities and is within close driving distance to the town of La Crucecita. The condo was beautiful with a fantastic view. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and answered every question we had quickly. I highly recommend this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the minute I booked the condo till the minute we left it, I felt that we were in good hands. Edy, Luis and the team were right there to answer any questions or concerns that I had! The condo itself is perfect! It has all the comforts of home - everything you need, and the view from every room is breathtaking!The generator from the restaurant below does go from about 9:00am to 5:00pm and you may find it annoying, but we were out at the beach or the pool during this time so it really didn't matter. When it was off all you could hear were the waves crashing.I would highly recommend this condo for a relaxing family vacation.

Huatulco Condo Stay

Propety is on great location on Tagalonga Beach with beautiful views. The condo is supposed to be part of Zasshilla Resort but the resort offers no amenities other than use of pool. The resort does not provide wi-fi money exchange, extra bedding pillows, etc. unless you have a room number. The condo lacks some items for cooking with no oven and no extra pillows or bedding. The open living room/kitchen provides nice views but makes it too hot to sit in with no AC and also allows critters to enter freely such as the Tejon (mexican racoon) that visited each night to raolid our food and garbage and leave feces/urine on floors. All in all nice place but not luxury as advertised.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed a week at Lui lba Condo 2Location could not be better steps from the beach. Condo is very basic but you dont spend much time in it so it worked fine for us. Condo was very clean furniture although basic was in good repair AC worked fine. Pots pans etc were adequate. WIFI was good and fast and even worked most of the time when we were at the beachDid not have hot water the first day phoned Sorocco it was fixed within 15 minutes. Fishing trip was postponed last minute due to weather Joe was right on top of everything.A Few suggestions to make the Condo Experience Better. The Pool is very small and not well maintained the pool guy only came by once and it turns green real quick. Move a TV out of the bedrooms and put one in the living area. Printed instructions on how the safe works would be handy as I had to look it up on lineThe biggest problem we had and that could be solved easily is putting child proof locks on the cupboards. The Mexican Racoons like to break in as there is no widow or doors on the living/Kitchen area. The first night they opened up the cupboards above the fridge and opened up everything. We then put the food into the siding drawers and placed water bottles in front of the door, they got in again and wrecked more food. We then started storing food and drinks in the bedroom which had doors. This was huge problem but could be fixed.Check out was a little weird no one from My Hualtulco Vacations showed up to take the keys back or check the place over, the shuttle bus guy just showed up.Overall I would rate the Condo an 8 or 10, location is the best thing about this condo 37 stairs to the beach area (I counted them)

Great place. Amazing location

We loved this property. The location can’t be beat. The views are unbelievable, and the amenities are great and convenient. We would definitely rent again. Like other reviewers said in past reviews you do have the restaurant vent fan noise to deal with, but it does eventually turn off at night, and it usually didn’t start back up till after 10am. Management was kind enough to upgrade us to a higher unit which did help a little. But overall the property gets a 10 out of 10 for the location, amenities, and the views!!!!!

Open air Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were pleasantly very pleased with this condo. The most amazing view from open air condo space that looks out indefinitely to the ocean and the Tangolunda Bay. Very quiet except for the restaurant generator during the day below us. This is turned off later evening so only hear the slap of the waves at night. Furnishing is limited. Plunge pool was a wonderful bonus, refreshing and used 2-3 times daily. FYI, pool cleaned 3 times a week. Rented an electric grill as no oven or barbecue. Very limited kitchen utensils etc. Bought a few things to supplement. Spacious and extra bathroom was a bonus. Omar (property manager) and Luis (Maintenance, gardener) were extremely helpful, friendly and quick to address all issues or just have a friendly chat. Wifi only available in hallway. Located in great place. Need to walk approximate 1/2 km to wave a taxi (cheap, cheap) or they will come to your door, more pesos.

At a resort.

Was hoping for a beach front but was uphill from one of the resort’s restaurants. Everyone treated us wonderfully, if you like a resort holiday, this is a fantastic place.
