“The hotel is very cosy and located in a kind of secret dock by the canal. You're right in the middle of everything yet it's quiet. The staff are very friendly and kind. Alessandra was very accommodating, she let us use the room an extra hour before we left as I had to go to the police station to report the theft of my wallet. Please be careful on Rialto Bridge, there are pickpockets. ”

The property was great .Should note that there was construction in front of it due to work being done on the canal. Also need to walk over a small bridge to access the area so if one has a lot of luggage there is a way to hire someone with a cart to transport the luggage from the train station to the hotel which is close by. There is a great seafood restaurant next to the hotel which is very popular.
I would recommend getting a reservation when you arrive..

“The Venice was a superb hotel and it improved our experience in Venice greatly. The hotel staff provided great service by helping us arrange water taxis, day trips to Murano and Burano and Gondola trips, all at our convenience and reasonable prices. スタッフ:アーリーチェックインに対応いただきありがたかった。このホテルは隣接する別のホテルでチェックインする必要があるが手続きに困ることはなかった。(本ホテルにスタッフは常駐していない)清掃もきちんとされた。
施設: リフォームされた室内は清潔でした。バスルームはハンドシ ャワーとオーバーヘッドシャワーがあり水量、温度調整共に快適だった。
エレベーターがあるのもよかった。
周辺環境:徒歩3分のところにスーパーもあり水や食料を容易に調達でき便利。サンマルコ広場まではいくつもの階段と30分程度の徒歩での道のりとなるが道中お土産屋やバルがあるなど楽しめるので問題ない。
総じて満足のいくホテルでした。
