“One of the reasons that I wanted to get this place was because of the backyard. But when we got there, it was dirty. The table and the chairs and the grill were filled with spiderwebs. There was no way I was going to use that. Also, it’s like a double property rental. There’s a house behind it and there’s a gate that separates the two houses. At one point, there was a man standing right outside of the kitchen window, which really freaked me out. The communication with the host was not terrible,……

“My wife and I loved our stay here. The cottage is on a very quiet and beautiful street (a dead-end, no less!) and Culver City turned out to be the perfect base for our travels around Los Angeles. It was immaculately clean and well stocked with essentials in the kitchen. We arrived quite late but the instructions were perfect and our entry into the cottage was seamless. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Southland. BTW, I'd recommend the Laurel Grill in Culver City, a……

“This duplex was in such a lovely neighborhood and was safe and quiet. The unit was decorated well and had a comfy bed. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you’d need to prepare meals. We plan on staying there again. ”

“We stayed at Shaahin’s house for 9 nights during March break 2025. First of all, great location. Short drive to Venice Beach, Abbot Kinney, Marina Del Ray and Santa Monica. Also it only took about 15 min to/from LAX. Even the drive to Disney was only about 45-50 min in rush hour. I was a bit doubtful about the claim that we could easily find street parking directly outside the house (I’m from Toronto where that doesn’t happen). BUT we did park directly outside each day or at most one house……
