Great family vacation

The home is amazing! Spacious, clean, and well located in Watercolor. Great job Dune Vacation rentals and Nada, our property manager!!! The whole family had a blessed week together!

Pure Bliss

Clean, spacious home was perfect for our large group to spread out. Enjoyed the pool, double washing machines and assistance by Nadia, property manager. Hope to stay here again!

Beautiful house for large group

This house was fantastic for our moms getaway numerous large bedrooms, two kitchens a spacious living room and second sitting room and enough bathrooms for everyone. It is beautifully decorated and met our expectations in every way.

Ideal Watercolor Location!

169 Scrub Oak Circle is an excellent property in Watercolor. The location is ideal, as it is next to the marsh, so there is additional privacy. The walking path/trail is behind the house, so easily accessible and makes for a super short walk or bike ride to the center of Seaside and hub of activity. The backyard pool is a nice treat for young kids, but it is small so it's not ideal for adults. A hot tub would be even better - maybe for the future? The ice maker was not working when we arrived, but ice had been left for us and service had been called. I also couldn't figure out how to lock the doors or how to find dishwasher detergent and the property manager responded IMMEDIATELY. That is a big plus, timely response! The house is fabulous with large bedrooms and enormous bathrooms. My only negative is that the shower head in the showers are small. They are not high end or as luxurious as everything else - which is odd. Plus, the tile grout and corners need a deep clean. It's clean but you can tell it hasn't been deep cleaned. Overall, top notch!

best family vacation! perfect location!

We had an amazing time! The house is perfectly laid out for everyone to have their own space plus be able to come together for dinner, games, movie night! We enjoyed a night swim regularly with s’mores by the fire! The location of the house was one of our favorite parts! we walked or biked to the seaside square everyday. The watercolor camp and beach club were so amazing!! I could go on and on! Five stars for sure!

Great house and location

This house was absolutely fabulous. Great for three families where each couple had their own large bedroom and high-end bathrooms. Additionally, our children (all 6 of them) "owned" the third floor of this house where they also had two bathrooms, two bedrooms and their own dining area, kitchen, and living/play room. The main floor was elegant, spacious, a great community space, and facilitated great conversations. The backyard area, pool, lounge space, and fire pit were used almost every night. Only drawback was that there was no ice maker (space for one in the island but not installed) which required us to pick up ice every other day...but at the end of the day that is a small complaint. Great for three families each with 2 kids. Easy bike and golf cart routes to the beach and pools. Definitely recommend.

Family vacation

The house was perfect size for our family. House was decorated beautifully. We enjoyed the convinces of the double dishwashers, dryers, and washers. The air conditioner was not working when we arrived. The third floor bedroom did not properly cooled down. They provided us with 2 fans and portable cooling unit. The top floor was damaged and was closed. Ice maker was missing. Black mold in the second bedroom bathroom.

This was the best family vacation spot we have ever found! The beautiful home, the wonderful pool for the kids, the fantastic location within biking distance of town, the beach, and community pools…it was all just wonderful!!! We will certainly be back!

Property had a great layout. Was family friendly and very open. Property manager was exceptional with prompt communication and top notch service. I would rent this home again and rent from Dune again as well!

Friend's 55th b-day trip

This property was perfect for the 7 of us. Lifelong friends needed a large den to hang out. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and our pool and outdoor space made it the ideal location. It was very easy to get around the property on our bikes that came with the house. The property manager was very helpful if we had any questions and easy to get in touch with. Overall a wonderful trip and would definitely stay there again!

Spring family gathering.

We loved the community. The house was spacious, decorated lovely. The house is starting to show wear mainly in kitchen, family room. Several cabinets were loose as was one of dishwashers. Overall though it was wonderful. Nada was awesome. Very professional and responsive.

Beautiful home and cute neighborhood

Our groups of 12 enjoyed our stay in water color. The house was spacious and the Dunes staff were very responsive. The pool at the house was small but the water color pools totally made up for it. A cute, safe area with a variety of activities.

Perfect Watercolor home

Beautiful home! Very spacious, very clean... perfect home for our family of three couples, including six teenagers. Great location to the Watercolor amenities and also to Seaside tennis and village... We have stayed at many locations on 30A, and this is by far our favorite home!
