The house was clean, the layout was perfect for the people we had staying there. The pool had some trash in it, but we wasn't using it that much anyway. Beach access was great being just across the highway.

My family had a great experience staying at this VRBO property! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the host had put a lot of thought into making the place feel like a true home-away-from-home. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Plenty of convenient parking. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans etc., the beds were comfortable, and the outdoor pool area was relaxing.The location was ideal—right across the street from a nice public beach access. The property manager was responsive when we inquired about heating the pool.Highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay!

Great Location

The house is located almost directly across from the public beach access which is very accommodating for all types of travelers. The pool is shaded for most of the day and adequate for after a day at the beach or a getaway from the heat. The largest kitchen we have ever rented with double ovens for anyone wishing to do a large dinner at home. It was also nice that bedrooms were located on both floors and quiet for anyone that has a little one on the trip. Overall the accommodations were great. The only drawbacks were that the furniture was dated and has seen better days, the floors and counters were dirty upon arrival, only one trash dumpster for a house that accommodates up to 16 guests and we saw more bugs than we were accustomed to - even in Florida. We took care of it and we’re just fine.A bit of a refresh and this place would be perfect.

We had a great stay! It is set up great for multiple families. We took our sons and their families, and there was plenty of room for all of us to have our own space, but yet be together. The house is close enough to walk or bike to Seaside and the bikes looked great. We didn’t ride because we had small kids. The kids loved the pool. There were a few small issues with the house, but we notified Real joy vacations and they promptly fixed everything! Great stay!

Perfect location to public beach access. The house was very nice and the pool was the perfect size for the children to swim and play. I would say if you like sleeping in, the bedrooms are very bright in the mornings. Bring sleep masks if you’re not an early riser. Otherwise perfect stay!

Incredible experience!

Our stay at Kiwi Grove was absolutely perfect. Very comfortably accommodated our 12 girls, amazing location right across from beach access, clean and beautifully updated inside, and the hospitality and customer service of the management was wonderful. I called several times with different questions during our stay and they answered every time with such kindness and professionalism, wanting to make sure we had the absolute best stay possible! I truly cannot recommend Kiwi Grove more, and I will absolutely be looking to stay in other RealJoy properties in the future!

Great house! Easy beach access

The house was great for our family of 8. It had been remodeled a few months before we arrived. It was very clean and spacious. When you come in the front door, the master is immediately to the left. It faces the street, so it was a little noisy during spring break in the evening. The bunk room, laundry room, smaller living area and one of the king BR are also on the bottom floor. Upstairs is the main living room, a king BR and the double queen BR. One negative about being recently remodeled is that there was nothing at the house. There were no beach toys, coffee filters, salt & pepper, or any of the other things you typically expect to accumulate and be available at a rental. We left our beach toys, S&P, and coffee filters, so hopefully they are kept for future renters. The beach access across the street was very convenient. We went out each morning and set up our stuff to be used throughout the day. Even though it was requested, the pool wasn't heated for the first 2 days (we did get a refund). The homeowners should get a wifi pool controller, and allow the renters to set the pool temperature (to a limit). Regarding the property management company, I was happy with the ability to talk with a human when needed, and felt I received timely responses to all of my email questions. I was frustrated that they did a poor job communicating whether we could have an early check in. We received an email at 2PM saying you can check in at 10AM. Overall, the house was great for us!

Best stay ever!

My family and friends had the best time ever at Kiwi Grove. We've stayed there a few times and every time we had a blast. You can't beat the size of the home, the kitchen, and the bedrooms! No one felt crowded or cramped. The management company was super responsive to any concern we had. You also can't beat the proximity of the beach to the home. Literally across the street. I highly recommend staying at Kiwi Grove. You won't be disappointed.

Nice stay, but time for some maintenance.

Had a great visit to the beach. The house is spacious and the location is great. Issues with the sewer and oven were not ideal, but not deal breakers – the property manager was helpful in taking care of these things even though problems persisted throughout the weekend. We paid for a heated pool, but it only lasted one evening. We suggest attention to all of this before renting again.

Nice house and great location.

Nice house with plenty of space. Loved the 2nd story balcony with a good view of the ocean. Kitchen huge and very well stocked. The pool area was also very nice and had plenty of seating and lounging space. Given that this property sits directly on a heavily traveled section of 30A, I was a bit uncomfortable with the fact that there was no lock whatsoever on the gate going into the pool area. I would suggest the listing be more clear about the fact that the kitchen and main living space is upstairs. Not a problem for our group but would be an issue for anyone who had problems with mobility. Would recommend and would stay here again

Great place with great beach access

We had so much fun! The house is extremely spacious. The beach access is directly across the street which was perfect for our crew. The house is nicely decorated. We really enjoyed our time and we will be back next year.

Nice house/location but dirty floors and pool

The house was very nice and the location was great. However, the floors throughout the house were extremely dirty as was the pool. We reached out to RealJoy rentals about the cleanliness of the pool informing them of broken chairs, broken tree limbs, lots of debris in the pool as well as nasty pool walls. The pool was unusable. One of the main reasons we picked this house was for the private pool and we were unable to get in it the entire trip. They offered to come out on the day we were leaving to re-clean but that wasn’t going to benefit us. We asked to be compensated for not being able to use the pool and we were declined. You can bet the 13 girls who attended this trip in this house will never rent from RealJoy Vacations again!

Location Location Location!!!!!

This home far exceeded our expectations. the sleeping arrangements were perfect for our three families. It's located directly across from the County beach access making for easy access. Beds and linens were excellent and kitchen was well stocked (only needs pot holders, extra dish towels and some light bulbs replaced) A/C kept both levels comfortable. The furniture was comfortable and appropriate for families with children. The enormous dining table allowed 13 of us to dine together.. Having a private pool was an added plus. Highly recommend this home. Provided many memories for our family.

Disgusting Pool

Upon arrival the pool was coated in a disgusting green slime. You could wipe it off with your fingers. Property management was immediately called and after 3-4 follow up calls I was finally called by a a manager at NOON ON FRIDAY BEFORE OUR CHECKOUT THE NEXT DAY. They told me they’d send a pool company out and a bottle of wine- thanks but no thanks hours before I have to check out! I was then told there would be no financial compensation credited back and because I threatened to dispute the charges given the property did not provide the amenities advertised I would never be allowed to rent through that company RealJoy again! We paid a premium for a pool in seaside and it was completely unusable! The master bathtub leaked the entire time, the dryer was on its last leg and would take 2-3 times longer to dry anything and the stove top burners clicked the entire time it was being used! I also found a review that states this same issue with the pool that unfortunately I had not seen prior to renting. This location with a pool is a premium rental! This company RealJoy scammed us and won’t do anything to help with your stay! DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE!

Great property!

We had a great experience and this property lived up to the hype. This property is spacious and beautifully decorated. Incredibly convenient to shopping, dining and only a few steps to the beach. We had 3 families with kids ranging from 7-18 years and the accommodations were perfect . There was a sink in the bunk room that was clogged, which we reported and they offered immediately to come out and repair, but bc we had another full bath we weren’t using it was no problem and we told the management company there was no need to come and repair until after we left. But, we were impressed with the quick response! Pool was great, especially for evening and late afternoons when everyone needed a break from the beach. The property had a very well stocked kitchen and we wanted for nothing on the evenings we cooked in. Would definitely stay again.
