Pleasant stay

We had a great trip. The house was nice. Neighborhood is fantastic. This is the 7th time we’ve stayed in this neighborhood and we will be back again.

Welcome Home

Walked into a beautiful home with soft music playing and lights on which was very welcoming. This home has all the amenities and is a great location. We would rent again. It was excellent!

Cozy, Clean + Close to the Beach

This house in Watersound West was ideal for our family of 6 (3 adults, 3 kids). The neighborhood is gated, quiet and safe with no thru traffic. There are boardwalks throughout the neighborhood and down to the beach. The neighborhood pool is large and was always relaxing / never too many people. The house was spacious with an open floor plan, roomy bedrooms and comfortable beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. The screened-in porch was where we drank our coffee every morning and the landing upstairs was a great place for the kids to play / watch a movie. Overall, the house was beautiful, very clean and everything we need. We also made great use of the 4 adult bikes included - if you have kids under 10, they would likely need a smaller bike. We really liked the location of the house in Watersound because it was about halfway between busy Seaside and Rosemary but just a short drive / bike ride away for when we did want to get out. We highly recommend, if you can’t tell! :) I also want to thank our property manager, Debra, for her proactive communication before and after the trip to ensure we had everything we need and make our vacation as easy and restful as possible. Her hospitality added the cherry on top of a great vacation and I expect we will be back soon.

Beautiful Home

Great House! Has everything you need, very cozy and comfortable! The private beach is so wonderful as is the pool! Never crowded! The people at Dune Vacation rentals are the best! I wish I could always have them at every house we rent!

Wonderful Neighborhood!

Quiet, lovely neighborhood. Perfect for kids, very limited traffic. Be prepared for a decent but beautiful walk. The back screened porch is a great extra space to relax & enjoy peace & quiet. Well worth the steps! We will stay again!

Great vacation

Very nice property. More features than listed. Minor issues were addressed within the hour (faulty board in the outdoor shower decking and non functioning coffee maker). Very responsive and friendly staff (Laura) and maintenance personnel (Dallas). fyi, slightly long but pleasant walk to the beach for those with toddlers/non bike riding members of the party, but there was always open parking down by the beach access/pool even in summer/high season. Pool was great. Beach access was gorgeous. Would stay here again.

One of our favorites in Watersound West

This house was great! Loved it! Very roomy and cozy. The only complaint is the back patio table and chairs. The paint is chipping bad. We sat out there playing games on a rainy day and had black paint on our arms and clothes.

This is a lovely house in a great community. We had everything we needed for a week in paradise! David at Dunes Vacations was always available to answer any questions we had. Ready to book again for next year!

Comfortable relaxed atmosphere

We enjoyed our stay in this gated community. Our kids loved the pool. Beach was gorgeous, although it was quite a hike from the pool house down to the beach. All on a nice boardwalk though. House was well kept and fully stocked. Dune was quick to respond to the only issue we had (igniter on the grill broke) and brought us a lighter within the hour on a holiday. Location of watersound is great. Away from all the business of seaside but only a short drive to enjoy it. We loved dinner at cafe 30a.

Nice comfortable and clean property.

The house was clean, comfortable and everything worked which isn't always the case when renting. The house is located on a quiet street and access to the pool and the beach are simple. I would rent here again.

Girls Weekend!!

The condo is perfect .....clean, organized and so close to the beach and shopping . It is very roomy, the beds are fantastic and having our own kitchen was a great plus. We rode bikes everywhere ; to the beach , shopping , farmers market, and meals. Great restaurants .. and I loved the casualty of everything. Can not wait to return!!

Extraordinary!!

This is a beautiful well-equipped beach home. From the layout of the home to the fully equipped kitchen, the owners thought of everything. If you like to eat out, the location of this home allows for easy access to restaurants and shops. It is beautifully, professionally decorated and super clean. It looks like a luxury model home and the photographs really don't do it justice. We enjoyed cooking and lounging in the spacious downstairs and benefitted form the separate spaces upstairs. The bedrooms are well decorated and the beds were as comfortable as any 5 star hotel. This lovely home made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. The location was safe and easy to get around. It has all the amenities you would want in a beach home and more. The beach was a short walk away and felt secluded and private. We can't wait to stay here again.

Perfect weekend for a Bachelorette party!!!!

The pictures do not do justice for this house. The house is absolutely gorgeous. My daughter held her bachelorette party with her bridal party at the house for a long weekend. We had a wonderful time. The house has everything you need with plenty of space for 7 women.. The realty company was so easy to work with and very quick at responding to our every need. We had one minor issue with the master bathroom and they were so quick to fix the problem without disturbing our stay. Kellie was great to work with as well as the rest of Dune Real Estate. We will definitely stay at this house next year !
