The home was very well equipped and the owner paid attention to all the small details, greatly appreciated!We worked with Taylor at Royal destinations, she was extremely helpful and treated you like a friend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, great home and location. Located on East Lake with a short walk to the beach you get the best of both. (Note: Nearest public beach access at end of street requires you to walk through waist deep water from stairs to beach. Not an issue for us but could be for some.) We had 13 in our party but home accomodated us well. House was well apppointed particuarly the kitchen. Couple of minor downsides. Would be nice if home came with a golf cart at this price point. Also, the bikes provided were in very poor condition requiring us to change out 4 during the trip. Not reflective of the home itself but more the company maintaining the bikes (Vacayzen). We will definetley return to this prooperty.
