Great spot, don't go on spring break here

Everything was great, the accommodations and community were as advertised. Unfortunately we were there on spring break and the teenagers ruined the community, I am not sure where the parents were. Bikers and walkers perpetually crashing, curfews not enforced, neighbors having teen parties late into the night all made for an experience I have no desire to repeat. It has nothing to do with the house and community, however.

Perfect location…easy access to everything! The golf cart and the bikes really make getting around easier. House was great…very spacious! Loved the outdoor seating area around the fireplace.
