An amazing stay in 30A

We just checked out today and absolutely loved staying here. The location was amazing to visit all towns nearby and you can’t beat being right on the beach. We never had to carry a million things bc we could just go back and forth. The condo had everything we may need and was clean, modern and updated, we felt like we were at a resort. Communication was also amazing and always just a text away. Will definitely look to stay here again when coming back to 30A.

Our Thanksgiving stay on the beach

We were 4 miles from other family members….Steps to the beach….. walked to the lake from the beach 🏖️ Amazing views…. Very peaceful and secluded!!! The men walked to the beach and fished!!!

We loved this little place and would definitely stay here again. Benchmark was GREAT about communicating with us, it was very clean, and we love the location. We loved being on the ground level with 2 small kids, they were able to play in front of the unit, and we loved that this unit was the last one, so no one needed to walk past us. It was great.

Excellent stay with family!

Property was intimate and perfect location! Beach side made it easy to come and go with kids. I love the access to East Lake that provides a perfect safe spot for kids to play without the waves knocking them down. Biking was easy to Seaside and other shops nearby! Will come back soon!

Happy Little Condo

The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. The view of the gulf was spectacular. It was wonderful watching the changing colors of the water and the sand was like sugar. We were on ground level so we could walk directly out onto the beach. Very few steps to go up and down. We were sent the incorrect address and entrance code. That was quickly rectified

Cozy Condo Seagrove

We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully redesigned condo. It’s so nice to sit on the patio and watch the ocean waves. Walking out to the beach is a breeze with just a few steps away. Our daughter & family live nearby and came to visit twice. The only negative is there was no where to park their car. Only 1 parking spot provided.

Loved that it was a ground floor unit with no stairs and easy walk out to the beach. Very comfortable king bed. It's a great location too. We will definitely come back and hopefully stay longer next time.

Just a few minor issues as others have stated WiFi goes in and out a lot. Small black ants in the kitchen so keep food put away. Back sliding glass door needs some WD40 and our screen door was off its track when we arrived. Very minor issues and I would definitely stay here again and highly recommended the condo!

The condo was comfortable and clean and had an amazing view. Great location! Only two small complaints - had some ant issues in the kitchen, so be sure your food is stored well and the wifi signal was not very strong. Had weak signal depending on where we were in the condo. That being said, we loved this condo and are already talking about plans to stay here again next year.

Smoke from Oven causing smoke alarms to go off, hole in screens leading to porch. Owner has provided almost every possible item to make stay comfortable and convenient and recent remodeling was very very nice. Great location on 30A and ideal setting to get to beach very easily.

Everything else went smoothly. My husband who is hard to impress was impressed with the view! I was impressed with the stylish cozy decor and view. We rode bikes,(15 min ride) to seaside and water color to shop and eat. Recommend “The perfect Pig” for breakfast and lunch. We will definitely stay here again.

The only problem I have is that the patio area gas need painting the past two trips. The stucco was patched prior to our previous visit, but was never painted. Also, the sink in the bathroom was slow to drain our previous stay, and now hardly drains at all. Other than that, we rnjoyed our stay.

Another Great Stay at A Happy Little Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th year staying in this condo unit. The ocean view and the direct access to the beach are second to none. As always, the condo was very clean. The owners go out of their way to provide all the little "extras" that make your stay easier. Convenient assigned parking space and comfortable beds. The only negative I have is we arrived 30 minutes early and it was apparent nobody was in the unit. So, we called Benchmark to ask if we could check in at 3:30pm instead of 4pm. The agent confirmed the condo was clean and had been inspected by housekeeping. However, we were told there would be a charge of $65 to check in at 3:30pm but if we called back at 3:45pm(they have a 15-min grace period), they would unlock the door remotely and let us in free of charge. Really? $65 charge for 30 min early but 15 minutes later, it's free. The agent said the charge is to reset the automatic door code that doesn't unlock the door until 4pm. Yet, at 3:45pm, she opened the door remotely. It just doesn't seem right considering check-in is 4pm and check-out is 10am. Our friends stay in other units in this same complex and are always provided early check in free of charge providing the unit is ready. I feel the condo owners/Benchmark should rethink their early check-in policy for this unit if it has been cleaned and inspected. Regardless, we love everything else about this condo and it will not keep us from returning!

The walk to the beach was only a few steps down the shared patio and the perfect spot. The parking spot is one of the best in the lot. The location on Eastern Lake Rd is one of our favorites on 30A.

Our stay was amazing with the ocean just steps from the condo. The place was spotless, comfortably furnished, and perfect for our three night stay. The management was incredibly receptive and even let us check a few hours early. The sunsets were spectacular and we enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evening. We highly recommend this condo.
