Beautiful house and area

Fantastic location to local eateries, we enjoyed the golf cart and rarely used our car. The house was very clean and beautifully maintained. The outdoor porch areas were wonderful. The gathering place was pools were spacious and very clean.

Fun Fall Break

We loved everything about this house! Cozy decor, porches, location, golf cart. While near all of the activity of Seaside, this neighborhood is WONDERFULLY QUIET. A lovely, peaceful space!

Love NatureWalk properties

Overall we did love our stay, this is our third time staying at a BeachWalk Vacations property. Any issues we have are remedied right away and they are easy to reach. We did have an issue with finding a cockroach in the bedroom. I understand this is something more common in Florida, but still something you never want to deal with. We were told they do spray often.

Perfect Vacation!

My family throughly enjoyed the house. We were right across from the pool and with small children that was perfect! Loved the front porch swing!

Great for families!

We loved our stay here! Clean brand new house, construction on house 2 days over was loud in the morning but not terrible. Great to be right across from pool and playground for kids!! Golf cart was fun addition and made trips to Publix easy, but having to take it on main roads where cars are going 35 mph was not an option for us. We were disappointed to not be able to drive it to the beach as the trail from the neighborhood to the beach is only for walking or biking and is way too far to walk with young children and all your beach supplies. Other than that, great stay and easy process!

Loved the location. Being so close to the pool was perfect. The house was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and beds were excellent. Would rent this house again. Also enjoyed some great restaurants that were very close which was a plus. Having Publix only a golf cart ride of about minutes away was great.

One of the most amazing properties on 30A

This is a great property. The listing description doesn't due it justice. The kids will love the direct access across from the pool. On a corner lot with the state park directly behind, the home has a very private feel. The size (4 bedrooms) was spacious for 2 families, we loved your multiple sitting areas, TVs and porches. The property was clean and very refreshed. Everyone enjoyed the golf cart, nothing like heading to the beach, store or many restaurants in your very own 7 passenger cart. You can walk or cart to the beach and multiple restaurants. Within 10 minutes you can get to the heart of all of 30A. The owner is experienced with a long track record and year over year following. You can count on us for re-visiting for years to come. I would recommend this property to anyone. You can spend a lot more and get a lot less. Great family memories. Thanks Sunkissed for a great week. See you in the fall.

Gorgeous Home, great location

Beautiful new home in great neighborhood. Home was spacious, beautifully decorated, and wonderfully appointed. Directly across from the pool so it was easy to go back and forth. Brand new 6 seat golf cart made the less than 1 mile trip to beach easy. Really enjoyed evenings on the top front screened porch. We’ve stayed all over 30A and this property is the best, we will be back!
