I only want to stay here from now on! The pictures do not do it justice. The beach/ocean view had us sitting on the balcony every morning and night. There were 8 of us: two grandparents, two parents, and kids 10, 11, 13, and 17 years old. The bunk room was great for the kids. It was very spacious, so none of them felt cramped. The giant kitchen island held all our snacks, fruit, and still gave us room to eat meals there when we wanted. The dining table had room for 8 (or more) as well. The kitchen is the most stocked of any VRBO I've used. The king bedroom was HUGE and the bathroom an absolute dream. Access to the beach was convenient, as was the walk to stores and restaurants. This was our best family beach trip yet, and we LOVED staying at Seas and Harmony. I had the cell # of the property manager and got quick, friendly answers the few times I messaged her with questions. If there was one thing to note that might be a negative for some people - the pool is small. But we had the whole ocean to swim in! One of my kids really liked the pool, but it's smaller than our neighborhood pool and the water stayed quite warm from being in full sun all day. Still, I highly recommend staying here.

Great Location on 30a

Overall, we had a great week on 30a at Sago Sands. DJ from the property management company was great to work with. She was present when we checked into the condo, was friendly, professional, and informative. The condo has been professionally decorated, is very modern, with a kitchen to die for. The wrap around lanai has a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. A few improvements would make this property pretty much perfect. The entire interior could use a coat of paint, lots of wall scuffs, some stains, paint would make all the difference. Most of the furniture in the bedrooms could be replaced, lots of scratches, just worn out looking. The dining room table has a damaged surface, probably from using the wrong cleaners. The entire table top is very sticky and gummy. I realize it’s Florida, and as a former owner, I understand the constant battle against mildew, rust, and bugs. There are products that can be used each and every time the showers and baths are cleaned that will keep mildew at bay. The black stuff in the shower corners needs to be tended. Ya’ll need a new laundry service! Never seen such dingy, grey or brownish-stained towels. We washed them ALL before using. Beds were comfy. Full size lower bunks were fitted with Queen bottom sheets, and no top sheets? Master bedroom and guest room had great linens. Adirondack chairs on lanai are rickety and unsafe. Outdoor furniture is a mishmash of new and old, definitely could be better. Still, a nice condo.

Great condo! Would definitely stay here again. Loved how close the beach was to condo and the beach chair service was convenient and a good price. Also, beach was not too crowded, which we enjoyed. The management staff for the condo were very helpful and quick to respond to several questions I had. I would absolutely recommend this location!

Wonderful stay on 30a!

We recently stayed at this beach condo and had an amazing experience! The location couldn’t be better - just steps from the sand and with gorgeous ocean views right from the balcony. The condo was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with a relaxing coastal vibe.The kitchen was well-stocked, making it easy to cook meals when we didn’t feel like eating out. The beds were super comfortable, and the AC worked great, which was a big plus after hot beach days. We appreciated all the thoughtful touches. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and friendly throughout our stay. Whether you’re looking for a couples escape or a family vacation spot, this place is a fantastic choice. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Great Mother’s Day Weekend

We had a great time. Thank you! We would love to visit again!!One piece of feedback is that it would be wonderful to see window shades next to the dining room table where the windows are a few feet away from the condo balconies next door.

Gorgeous Property w/ stunning views

We had a wonderful time during our stay and enjoyed the beautiful views and private beach. The elevator was not working during our stay and some nearby construction noise was a little irritating but not something that was in the control of the property owner or property manager.

Little Piece of Heaven

We stayed the week of Thanksgiving. I went back and forth between this condo and a townhouse on the beach. So glad I decided on this condo. The view is spectacular from the fourth floor. The wrap around balcony with three sets of sliding doors was exceptional. We watched the sunset almost every evening. Given it’s only a four story condo right on the beach it is quiet and you don’t have all of the traffic or crowds from the high rise condos. Bathrooms in every room was a nice bonus. Very clean upon arrival. Property manager and owner were exceptional as well and very responsive. I will definitely bring the family back again. It’s a 10/10!!!

Great condo

Condo was really nice and very updated. View was amazing and location couldn’t be better. Only thing I would say is you can’t have tents or canopies on the beach and wish we would’ve known that. Property manager was awesome! She responded immediately when we needed something. 5 stars for her and her team.

Family vacation

Location is great and accommodations were great. It rained that week which was the first time we experienced that at this location. We have stayed at this location 2 years in a row and will stay there again. Donna that handle or needs was wonderful.

Fun stay

Everything was amazing! We had a great stay. It was easy to check in and check out. Great location and plenty of room. A few things: i would have the owner invest in some nice pots and pans. We love to cook and we had to go out to Walmart and buy two nonstick pans in order to cook breakfast. I would also have one or two brooms to sweep throughout the week. There was nothing to pick up the sand from our feet except a vacuum that was not very good to sweep up. There was plenty of towels and beach towels and the place was very nice. I would very much like to book again!
