Perfect place for weekend getaway

Location was great. Right on the beach. 1.5 miles to seaside foodntrucks amd short drive to the hub. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Definitely would stay here again.

Enjoyed the condo great location, close to everything we need. Actually, our 3rd stay this condominium complex, our 2nd stay in this particular Unit. We enjoyed it so much really like the new remodel to the condo.

Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time staying here for our baby moon in March 2021; the condo was spacious and clean, and was just a few steps to the beautiful beach! We were initially given the wrong code to access the condo, but rental management resolved the issue within a matter of minutes and was easily accessible and kind about our issue! Also great central location to Seaside, Rosemary, Grayton Beach, and all the 30a area has to offer! We look forward to staying here again in the future!

The building was nice, elevator worked well, with little wait time. Only complaints would be, the dresser in guest room was broken and the check out rule putting away the dishes was GROSS. I’ve never been asked to put away dishes in all the years I’ve been staying in condos. Probably would’ve washed the dishes before my family used them at the beginning of the stay if I would’ve known this was your policy. Overall stay was nice.

It is a great location, with Cafe 30A across the street, Angelina's Pizza and a Tom Thumb Convenience Store (in case you forget anything). The condo is comfortable and has a beautiful view. Beach service is included. We worked some and it was great to have wifi. There is a hairdryer so no need to bring one. The smaller bedroom does not have a TV, that would be a nice addition. The blackout blinds in the smaller bedroom was nice as it can be very bright without blackout blinds. The property management company was very responsive. Excellent trip.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our trip, the rental condo was very nice, it was our 3 time to stay in this condo, we were disappointed in the lack of details paid to the unit. The coffee maker needs to be replaced, someone replaced the coffee cafe’ with a different brand than the coffee maker it doesn’t match up to the drain holes and backs up coffee grounds in your coffee, the bed linens are worn and have holes in the sheets, the bath towels are sub-par. The floor of the unit were dirty when we arrived. But we love the location, management staff was very helpful, we will rent the unit again,

Wonderful Spring Break trip!

We were very happy with the stay. The in and out process were very easy and everything was as expected. My only complaints were the management company reached out a bit too often during my stay wanting feedback and there were so many different communications given for directions that when we had a question we had to check multiple sources for answers.

Superb stay on 30A

Super clean and well stocked condo. This was our second time staying in a unit at Beachcrest and we love the condo. It’s roughly 60 units total and very well kept. Many of those staying there are the actual owners. Not super touristy. Love the beach service/chairs &umbrella set out daily. The updated unit (kitchen counters, flooring, bathrooms) was pleasant and comfy. I would definitely stay here again.
