Great!

This is our second year to stay with YFAB at Adagio and it was great! A404 was as advertised and well appointed with all the essentials needed for your stay. Adagio is in a great location on 30A with great amenities and direct beach access and breathtaking views from A404. We will most definitely be back again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was nothing short of amazing! We have stayed at Adagio many times-but this was the first in A404. It did not disappoint! The layout was perfect for our two families and we had plenty of space. The icing on the cake was the amount of supplies that were provided...plenty of laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, soaps, towels, etc. We especially enjoyed the selection of puzzles and games on the rainy days.

Nancy and the team were very responsive and helpful. The unit was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was ready before our check-in time, too. YFAB units were a little overpriced compared to others and we had an electrical issue (which was dealt with quickly) but other than that, everything was perfect!

And just steps from the beach! The perfect place to stay on 30A! You are provided with your own specific parking spot! And an extra one too! Your Friend at The Beach makes booking VERY easy. They are a team and are VERY helpful with all your needs! They keep you Informed very well about checking in and check out information! And information about the area! Excellent place to stay!

This is a great condo with plenty of room and a gorgeous ocean view. Multiple pool options were also a hit for the kids. It was very nice to have dishwasher and laundry detergent plus hand soap and coffee filters stocked! There’s a Publix within a few miles so that was nice too. My only negative is having dirty floors on arrival. We had to wear shoes or else our feet were black on the bottom. However, there was a mop in the laundry room that we were able to use. Checkin process was very easy and overall I highly recommend Adagio A404 😀

Great Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo had an amazing view of the ocean and a nice quiet location on 30A. We only had a few maintenance issues but the staff was very prompt in taking care of the problems. The living room furniture is in need of replacing due to cleanliness but we were told a replacement has been ordered. We chose to wear our shoes/slippers in the condo because we were told the natural floors cannot be cleaned well enough to get years of ground in dirt out as my kiddos found out right away in the first hour we were there. We were told the floors were cleaned thoroughly. This condo and location was amazing but because of the condition of the floors we might decide to choose another condo in the future. Also, the beachside pool was great but the main pool was not heated and too cold for swimming. This was a big disappointment for the kids also making the other pool crowded at times. We enjoyed the 2 included adult bike rentals. It took us some phone calls to figure out how to access them as the attendant is not available at the office but you can reach them down at the beach. Reserving beach chair service is a must if you want to sit near the ocean as there were 3 rows of chairs at times. Thankful we rented 7 months ahead of time. Bring your own as well for sunsets as they can be very demanding to get out of your chairs at exactly 5:00 on Friday especially. The condo was stocked with what we needed and the stairs to the beach were not too overwhelming as we anticipated. We appreciated the luggage racks we requested. It would have been a bonus if they were supplied before arrival. Overall the location was the best part as well as the prompt response to any issues. We appreciate Your Friend at the Beach and will still likely rent in the future as they are the reason we chose this condo/location.

August 2022 Stay

Adagio was awesome! Quite beach, beautiful pools, and condo was prefect! Roslyn helped me find just the right place for our adult family vacation. Activities were accessible with a quick drive. The only thing we lacked was a bit more night life, so a list of places that are open later (after dinner) would be helpful. Thank you!
