We had a great time! The condo was clean and very well kept. Great location to restaurants and the beach. This was our 3rd year in October in Santa Rosa. First time at Golden on 30A such a cute place! We had plenty of towels and a great starter basket of essentials. A little communication glitch trying to check in early but all in all a great trip!

Excellent, would highly recommend

This was a last-minute trip for my husband and I, and funny enough, we ended up in the same unit we stayed in during our very first visit to Santa Rosa Beach. It brought back so many great memories! The condo was perfect for what we needed, and the property management was awesome—super easy to get in touch with and checked in a few times to make sure we were good. Really appreciated how smooth everything was. We'd definitely stay here again!

Amazing Stay!

We loved our stay at Golden! The location, the porch, the breezes, the people-watching, and the whole experience was so relaxing. The bathroom is large with a wonderful shower. The kingsize bed is comfy and we slept so well. The living area is bright and beautiful. And, the side porch is just awesome!

Perfect location

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Great Central location

Loved our time here!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and had an absolutely amazing time. The place is beautiful and is located in the best spot. There are so many cute shops restaurants and bars and Panama city Beach is only half an hour away or you can go to Destin which is also only half an hour away. The beach was two minutes a walk in the water was super clear and amazing. Definitely consider staying here for any Florida getaway

Great Vacation Rental

We would rent this condo again in a heart beat. Great location, the room was perfect for two people, and the balcony was huge. We were walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars, shops, and a coffee shop. The room was clean and neat when we arrived. The only issue we had was the bike rental through Paradise Properties. Paid a decent amount of money for very low quality bicycles. Overall, great place to spend a vacation.

Great spot on 30A

We had a wonderful stay! Unit has everything you need. Decor and ambiance are great. Plus, you can't beat the location. The TV was a little difficult to figure out, (but who needs TV on vacation?) The unit also takes a while to cool off. The bed area/bathroom stays a little warm for our liking, but we made it work. I would absolutely stay here again. Management was kind and responsive! We've been to the area dozens of times, and really enjoy Gulf Place. We walked down the beach a bit to avoid the crowded public entrance, and there was a private entrance for Gulf Place guests. Restaurants we enjoyed most were Borago, The Vue, and Chanticleer.
