Summer Vacation 2025

Beautiful view

Great view. Loved the beach chair & umbrella service. The bikes were easy to access and a great way to visit many of the local restaurants, etc. Patio furniture was perfect for enjoying meals and free time.

Decent, but some room for improvement.

While we overall like the Dunes of Seagrove, we do really wish they had a ramp for taking a wagon of kids stuff out to the beach. Making trips up & down the stairs isn’t ideal. Our room was ok, but overall felt very dark (no overhead lights in the rooms). Not bad for the price.

A couple things needed

While we enjoyed the condo, there were a couple of things. We were told about the washing machine not working correctly, but when we did what they told us to, it still would not work. We went home to a bunch of dirty clothes. When you have to work the next day, that isn't the best end to a vacation. Vacasa sent a number to call if help was needed - but no one answered to help. Also, the guest room needs something over the windows other than the current blinds. The unit is located right by the elevator, so the light outside the elevator shines right into the window. I slept very little the whole trip because it felt like daylight in the room all night. I would have thought being by the elevator would be noisy, but the condo was not very busy, and therefore very little noise from the elevator. The condo is in a perfect location. Third-floor view of the ocean and pool is beautiful. The pool is excellent. Underground parking, complimentary bikes, and beach chair service are excellent. Dunes of Seagrove is the place to stay, but because of what I mentioned, I would probably look for a different unit.

Christmas at the Beach

C304 is a wonderful condo! Everything in it is very nice and comfortable! The furniture is great also the furniture on the patio. The dishes are very nice and everything we needed is there.

Pre-Halloween treat

Wonderful trip, except Red Tide was a nuisance…lots of coughing! Warning of such is a good idea, particularly for those with URI problems. Recommendations for meds to deal with same would be helpful, too. Restaurants were great nearby and deep sea fishing was awesome! Staff was helpful - need to have air in bike tires checked more often! Sliding doors to deck need maintenance. Overall, we would recommend to others!!

Wonderful Getaway

We had a wonderful stay and thought the condo was beautiful. Very welcoming and cozy and overall experience was 5/5! The condo complex was great and away from the crazy crowds. Look forward to booking this condo again in the future.

Lovely condo with pool and ocean views

Condo was beautifully decorated and was close to the beach. Booked the condo for 6 people and upon arrival there were no sheets for the pull out sofa and there was only sleeping arrangements for 4 people. Since the office closed at 5pm we weren’t able to get sheets until the next day. A little disappointed for how much we paid to not have a place for everyone to sleep. However, we got sheets the next day and enjoyed the rest of our stay. A couple of spare blankets also would have been nice since the bedding is so thin.
