San Juan Summer Vaca

We visited Santa Rosa for a short family vacation before school starts back. The place was absolutely perfect. Close to the beach and with your own private pool. Will be bookmarking this place for future vacations.

Great Location for teens and adults alike- one house from the beach made it so easy to have the ocean or just swim in the pool either or. It was a bit far walk to go for food to seaside every meal but walking to town in the am for breakfast and walking back was great. We figured out the beach access to get on and off around seaside. Great Location; Plumbing issues left us down a shower

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is beautiful and well furnished. The pool was great. However, the house sleeps 10 and only has 3 showers. The 2nd floor shower leaked into the first floor bathroom. We were unable to use the 2nd floor shower for 5 of our 7 day trip. The first floor bathroom which was very small ended up having a large piece of the ceiling cut away due to the leak. And it was apparently a recurring issue. It is a lovely home and great location, but the inconvenience was significant- particularly considering the premium we paid for a luxury home in that location.

A Perfect Vacation Home for Your Family Vacation

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spectacular beach home for a family vacation located in close proximity to the beach and a close walk to Seaside in the early morning. The pictures on the website are exactly what you will see when you arrive. It was furnished with all the kitchen cookware and bakeware needed to prepare meals for your family. Loved the pool which was a bonus for the family after a long day at the beach. I would recommend adding a dustpan, having the rugs in the living room cleaned professionally, add a larger tv to the 2nd floor bedroom on the right and consider lowering the temperature on the 2nd floor. We were unable to adjust the temperature that was preset at 70 and the room on the right side was hot every night. The 3rd floor Master Bedroom was amazing!!! Loved sitting on the balcony at night listening to the waves and looking around at the views of the other homes/pools. Everything about this room was perfect. Temp of this room was set at 68 all days except the last night it was increased to 69 but still comfortable with the large ceiling fan. Even with the minor enhancements that could be done to the property, it was overall rated an A in my book and I would definitely stay at the property again and recommend it to my family and friends.

The proximity to the beach, which included a stunning walkway, was fantastic. The pool was great and larger than many I’ve stayed at in the area. I do wish the house would have included beach towels, but I would definitely book this house again.

The kitchen was well appointed. The linens and towels provided were very nice. There are a few things about the house that could be improved, but overall, it was a very nice!

Great House and Location!

The house is in a great location to Seaside as well as Seagrove beach. Loved everything about the house. Note: the bunk bed room is small and the beds are smaller than twin size. Had a few hiccups that the property manager tried to fix. The fire alarms keep going off for no reason even once at 1:20am. That was fun. There was a sugar aunt problem in the kitchen which they came and sprayed but that might have caused a roach problem in the middle floor bathroom. But once the whole house is sprayed it should be good to go. The fire alarms have to have faulty wiring or something. They came and changed the battery on one but it was still going off randomly. BUT i have to emphasize that the overall house is fantastic and location is perfect!
