Fabulous Family Vacay!

Our family (6 adults & 2 toddlers) had an amazing first trip to 30A. Location was absolutely perfect, private beach, and close to all activities.

Great location to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Nicely updated home. We appreciated the nice outdoor shower and another area to wash off feet coming off the beach. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great location and beautiful views

Overall enjoyed our stay loved the private beach and views. Kids loved to play on the sandbar in the evenings. Only thing is the house is dated and needs a 3rd full bath

Great house and management

The house was great, check in and out was super easy, our area of the beach was beautiful and uncrowded. Beds and furniture were super comfortable! Property manager was immediately attentive to any questions, ensuring that we had a wonderful week.

The location of the property is amazing! We were so impressed with the views from the house. The house sits steps from the water. We will definitely be returning to the Emerald Coast!

Location can’t be beat!

Great location right on the beach and only minutes away from fabulous restaurants and shopping. The downside is the house is very outdated and the carpet in the bedrooms needs to be replaced. We had a wonderful time in Santa Rosa but would not stay here again unless the price was greatly reduced.

The Berry's Do Santa Rosa Beach!

If you are looking for a private location right on the beach, this is it! It is literally down the steps and you are there! You are minutes from SeaGrove, SeaSide & Destin. You are within 1 mile of Wal-Mart. Unique Neightborhood nestled right on the beach! Beautiful sand and crystal clear water. Privacy is amazing, private beach perfect size for our large family, 11 Adults, 7 children all ages! House was perfect, We had a blast!

This is a beautiful property with an even better location. My family enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The property managers helped us get additional chairs and umbrellas. This house is about as close to the water as you can get!

The sound of the waves as the background noise while in the house was so soothing and I had some of the best sleep of my life. House was a great setup and very comfortable. Rode bikes to Shunk Gulley for dinner (delicious) and cooked the rest of the time. Would recommend this place!
