Wonderful property with a great location!

A great place to stay with family! House has a great location across from the neighborhood pool. Has all of the amenities needed and plenty of activities for the whole family (fishing, beach time, cruiser bikes). Would definitely book again:)

Wonderful home!

A home away from home

We have stayed in this home 6 times and have booked it for a 7th. We have been staying on the 30a for close to 20 years. The Forest Lakes neighborhood is by far our favorite. Lots of green space and so enjoyable walking the bridges across the lakes. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, but close to so many great restaurants, the beach access and grocery. The home is beautifully maintained with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We look forward to returning.

My favorite house!

This is the second time we've stayed at Call Me The Breeze and I love it so much. The house itself is stunning and the location is perfect. Right across from the pool and I personally enjoy the walk to the beach (if only there weren't so many stairs going down to the beach 🤣). The management company is incredibly responsive and really nice. I will say that the two master beds are soft beds so may not be best for your back and if you use more than one towel to shower consider bringing a couple extra (if the house is full). Enjoy!

Family getaway

The house was fully stocked to accommodate our family. We were able to prepare meals and relax at the pool. The neighborhood is quaint and far enough from the crowds to feel like an escape.

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood

This is a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Plenty of room for everyone. Nicely decorated. The neighborhood is quiet and the people are friendly. The house is steps from the pool. Close to great restaurants and beach access. This is the 2nd time we've stayed in this home and have already booked it for a 3rd. Can't wait to come back!

Perfect Vacation

The house is beautifully decorated!! Comfy beds and more than enough space for the 8 of us. Great location across from the pool and a quick golf cart ride to the beach. Check in and check out was a breeze. The property manager was easily accessible and very helpful! We will definitely be renting this house again!! It was a perfect vacation!!

We had a great experience and a great time

The community is very nice and very close to the beach, restaurants and small shops. The house sits across the street from the pool (which is very quiet) and steps from the dock and playground. The home was very beautiful, clean, comfortable and we had no big issues with needing extra supplies (but we were prepared with our own). If you like soft beds then it's perfect (I do prefer firm beds so it was a bit too soft for me) and since we drove down I did bring my own bedding to put on top but the sheets looked clean and I would've been comfortable had I not brought my own. And as a random review-the decor was not overwhelming like some can be. The only cons that I can think of was that in the listing the office space was pictured which my husband was looking forward to using for the few times he had to work. It was locked so he did have to use the kitchen table. There were also an unusual amount of fruit flies around and randomly found the fridge at times. Wasn't a big deal just a nuisance. There were enough towels for everyone in the house to have one set each but with the Florida humidity, the beach + pool days, we did have to wash them often to keep them fresh from the amount of showers and baths everyone had to take. The Coast team was very helpful and always responded quickly whenever we had questions. Overall we had a great experience and a great time and will definitely stay at other properties managed by them.

Perfect home in the perfect neighborhood.

We have vacationed on the 30a for many years. This has been our favorite spot. The house is beautifully decorated with high end appliances. It is steps from the pool. The home comes equipped with bikes and lawn chairs. Forest Lakes is a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for taking walks. There are a number of wonderful restaurants nearby. There are a number of public beach accesses that are a short drive away. We enjoyed staying in this home so much that we've already booked it for the fall. Thanks so much!
