Disappointed on the failure to disco
We stayed for a week and on our first day, neither elevator was in service until 11:30 am. For the rest of the week, only e elevator was working and apparently for months. This is not acceptable for the rent and fees you charge and no accommodations were made for the inconvenience, nor was this issue mentioned when we booked or maybe we wouldn’t have chosen the 16th floor
