Warren Beach Rentals is proud to offer Oranges By The Sea! This elegant home has a brand new owner and has undergone extensive renovation.
It is located in the gated Palmeira neighborhood, only 4 houses North of 30A and very close to the beach access In the heart of Seagrove beach, very close to Seaside.
Palmeira features beautiful Mediterranean homes, in-laid paver roads, palm trees, and is less than a three minute walk from the beach.
Oranges By The Sea, formerly rented as Sandy Seananigans, features 3 levels of living area, multiple covered balconies, and heated splash pool. The home is meticulously decorated, and custom throughout.
The home is perfect for up to 4 couples, or families seeking an ideal layout where everyone can be together, without ever feeling cramped. This is truly a remarkable layout that will impress even the most discerning guest.
The owner will consider one pet, dog only under 25 lbs, with additional non refundable $295 pet fee per pet.
Guests will appreciate with the size and layout of this home. The home features soaring ceilings, 4 spacious bedrooms each with ensuite bath, massive open living room, and a modern, well stocked eat in kitchen. The home is engineered from the ground up to be elegant and comfortable.
The location is second to none, some of 30A’s best restaurants are within walking distance and bike rentals are just around the corner if you like to ride.
Home layout:
On the first floor the home features the perfect gathering room. This expansive area with 12 foot ceilings, ample seating, additional dining table, large flat screen TV, dry bar and access to the covered balcony and heated pool and grill area. The kitchen is also on this level, it is nicely equipped, fully stocked, and features modern appliances, coffee bar, eat in breakfast area. There is also a half bath and and full size laundry room on the main level.
On the second floor are 2 king ensuite bedrooms with private baths, One of the bedrooms has balcony access and overlooks the pool area. Both of these rooms are spacious and have comfortable beds.
On the third floor features another King master suite with access to the grand balcony with gulf views and views of the pool area. There is also a large 4th bedroom complete with a queen bed, 2 sets of bunks, and ensuite bath. This room is perfect for a couple, or you can sleep up to 8 kids in this room. .
In all the house sleeps 14 and can add an extra 2 on the living room sleeper sofa (additional fee applies for guests over 14 or for the use of the sofa sleeper).
There is parking for up to 3 cars. NOTE: We do not have any additional parking available for more than 3 vehicles.

The heated splash pool and pool deck offers seating, and a quaint, gated oasis for when you feel like laying back and taking it easy. Perfect for a quiet afternoon or evening dip. There is also a gas grill for the guests that enjoy grilling out and eating in.

SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING: Beach towels, beach chairs, sunscreen, sunglasses, bug spray, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, bath soap, bicycles, rafts, coffee filters, antiseptic, flashlights, and beach toys.
