60th Birthday Party!

The house was clean and amazing. The pool and hot tub were incredible. We had our 60th birthday at Sandcastle and it was the best we have ever had. Once again 30A Beach Girls came through with a spectacular vacation that everyone enjoyed. Kudos to to maintenance staff!!

Can’t Wait to Return

The family found this property to be perfect. We had a range of 2 to 72 years old in our party and every one of us had a wonderful time. The house was so well equipped and kept in excellent shape. Hollie, the property manager was so responsive and pleasant to work with. She answered our many questions about the area quickly and provided great guidance. We have already reserved the house for our next vacation and can’t wait to come back.

I can't say enough about how beautiful this place is!

I can't say enough about how beautiful this place is! I hosted a small retreat with a group of women and it was absolutely perfect. Clean, gorgeous furniture, plenty of space for everyone to have privacy as well as come together. The pool area and outside is so nice and spacious compared to so many other homes that are on top of each other. I loved having the bikes there and the golf cart. Kitchen was really well equipped (we brought in a chef). I prefer this location to being in the middle of the chaos. We will definitely be back!

Best trip ever!

Wow! This home has it all for the ultimate beach getaway! The pool is absolutely incredible, and the furnishings are amazing. We slept like royalty in the super comfortable beds. 30A Beach Girls made planning activities so much fun! Every recommendation they gave us was spot on! We ended up having the most adventurous vacation ever! From enjoying a private chef's meal to exploring the reefs while snorkeling—talk about a dream trip! After over 5 years of vacationing here, we never knew there were such amazing snorkeling spots. This trip has completely changed the way we vacation—we'll never settle for anything less!

Wow!

This home was the best vacation rental we have stayed in. Each bedroom with its own bathroom was luxurious for 7 families. The living space with two master bedrooms was perfect for our older companions. Having the deck in main living area looking over the pool was absolutely perfect. The kitchen was a chefs kitchen and the dining table large enough for 15 people was fun. The location and outdoor spaces were perfect for stormy days where the beach wasn’t ideal. Having multiple mini refrigerators/coffee makers helped each family enjoy their own space. We look forward to another vacation at this home. The property management was very responsive and helpful on all of our questions before/during the stay.

Dream vacation for the entire family.

This home is absolutely stunning and equipped! It is the first time we've ever been to a vacation rental where we actually thought the home was even nicer than the pictures. The roof deck is amazing for hanging at the house and getting some fresh air and sun. It's an easy walk to the beach, coffee and restaurants and an easy bike or car ride to Seaside. Papa Surf burgers is the best place! We ate there 3 times. 30a beach girls was so great to work with us and helped us with so many extras we had never thought of doing. If you never hied a private chef on vacation you absolutely have to! Then we had a movie night with a big screen in the pool!! It was incredible, drive in n nostalgia in the pool. The included bonfire night turned into the best night of ghost crab hunting and corn hole competition! Hollie hooked us up with needed items for crab hunting! We loved our stay here and will absolutely be back. Thank you 30a Beach girls!!

AMAZING!!

Great week. One stop shop for vacation. Our rental jeep was left at the airport. Groceries were put in the house. A chef and a hibachi chef were hired for 2 nights. Fishing charter booked, Extra golf cart ordered. This was all done by one call! House was incredible, very clean and everything we needed. The deck and pool equaled hours or laughs, visits and memories. Close to several beaches our preference being Dune Allen Regional access. It was never crowded. Thank you 30a beach girls for sending a list of trouble free beach access points, we were worried after reading all the stuff online. This management team is phenomenal. I called and mentioned ideas a day later I had an itinerary texted to me. One call! We had an issue one night with the heater acting up. User error. Maintenance was by at 9am the next morning and fixed our mistake. We can't wait to return to this amazing house and experience.
