It is a very active area, with bike/running/walking path for miles along 30A.

The condo was the perfect beach getaway- spotless, comfortable, and in an unbeatable location just steps from the water. Everything was clean and well‑maintained, and the space felt bright and inviting. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and enjoy the beach without ever getting in the car. This is a great place to stay with everything provided to make your trip enjoyable. There is a quick and easy access to the private beach which was great because you're not walking for miles. The hosts were wonderful and easy to communicate with, as well. Everyone in our party had a great time and loved the condo and are already wanting to stay again.

This property is beautiful! The space for our family of 6 was perfect! The walk to the beach is super convenient! We really enjoyed our coffee on the porch every morning watching the sunrise over the ocean. The hosts were very quick to respond when we had questions. We would 10/10 stay here again!

The pictures truly don’t do this place justice. Plenty of space for our group of 6 which included 2 small children. Quick, easy walk to a private beach. Amazing hosts, easy to communicate with and they were incredibly accommodating in every aspect. We loved our stay here and will be back!!

It was our second time at this condo, and it was another wonderful stay. The condo is very comfortable, the beach and pool are great, and everything worked well. The condo is well maintained and comfortable.

We loved our stay here. The villa was extremely clean (stickler for that). The beds were very comfortable. Has a fully stocked kitchen & plenty of beach & shower towels & extra blankets. There was also a wagon with sand tires & a closet filled with beach chairs & toys which we really appreciated with littles. The host was communicative when we needed to reach out. The view is amazing & location is perfectly set in seagrove. Can easily walk to coffee & ice cream. Was very cozy. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed this place. Renee & Michelle are great hosts. They quickly respond to messages. Their place is beautiful with plenty of space for a big family. We enjoyed the balcony with a “peak-a-boo” view of the ocean. We took our 8 month old to the beach for the first time and it was an easy/quick walk to private beach access. The pool was great to have on rainy days as well. We highly recommend and will be back!

We loved this condo!! Every little detail was provided!! Beach wagon,towels, toys. Pack and play, games, books, even a basket of readers!!! This place had nice size rooms, master bath A . There were TVs in all rooms. Fully stocked kitchen!! The balcony was amazing—overlooking the pool!! The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all.. even for this grandma!! We loved our visit and already talked of coming back!

Perfect location and wonderful place to stay!

We loved staying here for a week. It was an amazing location with a private beach. Very large with plenty of room for everyone as well as a nicely stocked kitchen. Nice and easy walk to the beach across the street. The 4th floor balcony was very relaxing to sit with coffee in the morning and enjoying the evening breeze. Communication was amazing during our stay as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Beach Vacation

From the first glance of the property online until we checked-out, all went so smoothly. The information provided by the owners was incredible. The property was spotless and had all the amenities of home PLUS. This rental did not disappoint in any way. My family and I cannot wait to return.
