The condo was exactly as advertised. Everything was clean and in good condition. The hosts provided a great guide which helped us get to know the area quickly. I would recommend to anyone.
We loved staying here! I’m not sure what’s nicer, the condo or owners. Condo is beautifully done as well as kept. It has a great layout / space, well supplied and convenient 30a location. Private beach is inviting and can easily rent chairs or use the chairs provided in the condo. Owner’s communication is the best we’ve had, very thoughtful checking in to see if we needed anything and information provided prior to arriving as well as in a booklet left at the condo were detailed and helpful. Our 4 year old has already asked when we’re coming back! Such an enjoyable trip!
Our annual girls trip was the best time thanks to this fabulous condo at Seagrove. The location was perfect! The condo is a very short walk to a private beach, in a very safe area, and close to many restaurants and shops. The pool was very spacious and well maintained. The hosts were very knowledgeable and provided us with plenty of dining options, necessary codes, and information. They were very quick to respond with any questions. The common spaces are perfectly set up to create a well functioning area for conversation and activities. The condo is very clean and well-stocked. We will definitely be returning and look forward to our next stay. Thank you so much Renee and Michelle for sharing your beautiful place!
Such a fantastic home in the perfect location on 30a!
We have visited 30a for 18 years & this is the first time we stayed in Seagrove area. We had heard about the issues with private beaches and worried that we would be packed on the beach like sardines (like we had seen in pics on social media). WE WERE SO HAPPY when we walked the 3-5 min walk to our gated beach access and saw the beautiful beach without all the crowds! The condo was beautiful, very spacious (each room with its own bathroom) spotless and perfect for our family. We enjoyed mornings on the balcony with a gorgeous view and afternoons cooling off in the pool. The pool was huge. Communication with the owners felt like I was talking with old friends - they have literally thought of everything! The kitchen had everything we needed to make big family meals. Everyone said the condo felt “like home” and I have to agree. We love going to Seaside and Rosemary Beach areas to shop - our place was so close to everything. And, we loved walking to Pecan Jacks, Local Cantina, Perfect Pig and Wild Olives - beach food is our favorite! Seagrove is the ideal spot on 30a and Eyes Above the Waves condo is the perfect place for us! We can’t wait to go back!

Lynn was wonderful to work with and the condo was extremely clean and warmly decorated. The view was incredible and the location is extremely convenient. We will definitely be returning
We loved staying here for a week. It was an amazing location with a private beach. Very large with plenty of room for everyone as well as a nicely stocked kitchen. Nice and easy walk to the beach across the street. The 4th floor balcony was very relaxing to sit with coffee in the morning and enjoying the evening breeze. Communication was amazing during our stay as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on 30A and this lovely home. It is nicely appointed with a well-equipped kitchen, welcoming feel and all the extras of home. We will definitely return to this exact home. Super easy walk to the restricted-access beach, overlooks a nice size pool and hosts a generously-sized veranda with an view of the ocean. A great choice for families! We LOVED it!!!
The property was perfect, but it was Renee who impressed us the most. She was beyond helpful. My daughter accidentally left $200 in the condo and Renee had the house keeper return to the property to retrieve the money and return it to us. We will definitely be back!

Perfect.
We had an excellent stay! The condo is beautifully appointed and the kitchen is very well stocked (there was even a cheese grater!). There were plenty of linens and towels for our family of six and Renee answered all of my questions before I even asked them. It was just a perfect week for our family and the condo made all the difference. We look forward to staying here again some day! Thank you Renee for everything!!
