The host and management were great communicating with. They responses were timely and professional. The property was perfect for our family trip. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and being close to everything. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect Location and Home

The home and pool were perfect. Property management was amazing and responsive. Only tough thing right now is the beach restrictions. No fault of the property but the city needs to change the spacing before summer. The spring break crowd barely fit and kids had no space to play or be a kid.

Do Not Rent this Home

Hi, A group of us take a trip every year on the same week to a different place. This year, we chose this house located in the Blue Mountain area. The management company was great to work with. However, the owner of the home needs to step it up. For a rental that costs a significant amount, we were not pleased for the follow reasons: 1) The furniture was extremely cheap and not comfortable at all. 2) The kitchen was not stocked well. 3) TP holders and towel rods were either loose or falling off the wall. 4) Some of the cabinets needed to be painted. 5) The golf cart that was included in the rental was rusted out. It got us from point A to point B but it was junk. 6) The ice maker in the fridge did not work. 7) The home had exterior cameras. Nobody wanted to use the pool with a camera looking at you. Overall, the management company was great to work with but we would not recommend renting this specific home until the owner makes the commitment to upgrade to justify a significant rate for the home.
