Perfect for large family gatherings

We were very happy with the home. There was plenty of space in the living areas and bedrooms. The pool was great with a covered porch for adults to watch the children swim. We cooked several dinners there and the kitchen had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this home.

But this was one of the nicest houses we've rented in 30 years and obviously cheaper than beach front. Also, one of the cleanest we've stayed in 30 years. Great value and worth the rate!

The house is located on a quiet part of 30a away from all of the craziness but is still convenient to local restaurants. Before I arrived received a call from the leasing company about the neighboring construction crew knocking out the cable & internet, they were proactive in setting up a hotspot before I ever arrived along with refunding some of my funds due to the inconvenience. Can't say enough about the communication throughout the entire stay and the home amenities. Would highly recommend anyone looking in the area.

Trouble free at Double Trouble

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is very roomy & stylish. More than enough sleeping room for our family of 10 & on a quiet lot on a dead end street. Short walk or golf cart ride to the public beach access. The grandchildren loved the pool & spent hours enjoying their time together. Plenty of parking space for our 3 vehicles too. The only 2 areas I see where some improvement could be made is more furniture in the living room, we like to all gather there & with just 2 couches it didn’t quite work. Also there is a need for more cooking utensils & cookware when cooking for a large group. We will definitely will consider a return visit.

Not what I expected

Make sure you read all the fine print. Was nickel and domed for basic things. Everything was an up charge. Not good business when you pay this much for a home for a week.
