5-star property and Experience

You could not ask for a better location all around. House is on the beach and biking distance to Seaside and a short drive from highly recommended Alys beach. restaurants and shopping are everywhere and there was something to do for everyone in our group from infants to teenagers and of course adults!

Warning about Air Conditioning

Overall the house was perfect for our family of 12. Small problems were taken care of immediately. Would consider going back if it weren’t for the Air Conditioning. I inquired about the issue after reading a previous review of the property. I was assured the Air was in good working order. It was not. Floor 1 was very comfortable, Floor 2 was freezing at all times, and Floor 3 was miserably hot. The primary bedroom and bath were near 80 degrees at all times. Three fans were on at all times. If heat while sleeping doesn’t bother you, it is a great place to stay.

Awesome Beach House steps from the beach

We had our3 kids, their spouses and 4 grandkids with us and it was a perfect house and location located right in between Seaside and Rosemary. Our check-in had some problems and we were delayed over an hour when the code wouldn't work because the batteries were dead. But management made it up to us with a very nice gift basket. Some of the towels had some stains on them -- management brought over more towels. But overall we would go back to the same house if we had the opportunity.

Overrated ~ Won’t stay again!!

AC is NOT routed correctly!! The only floor that stays cool is the main floor, and then you freeze!! Upstairs and downstairs is close to 80 degrees!! Their answer was AIR MATTRESSES for us to sleep on main level!!! There were 4 people displaced during our family weeklong vacation. Blood was on a blanket in the closet ~ disgusting!!! WILL NEVER STAY AT BEACH LOVE OR A REAL JOY PROPERTY AGAIN!! What we spent on this week ~ was a TOTAL WASTE AND DISAPPOINTMENT!!!! No one seemed to care ~ just basically shrugged shoulders, brought us an air mattress and 2 box fans!!!! Run!! Don’t deal with this company!!!
