Fine Dining, Shopping, and Fishing on the Emerald Coast. Located Directly on the Sugar White Sands and Azure Waters. Great Family Fun at Nearby Eastern Lake or Romantic Couples Paradise. We’ve stayed at the property multiple times over the years and you just can’t beat the location. We enjoy walking to the local establishment and dining options. The new decking looks great and Donna always has detailed instructions for her guest.

“My son and i truly loved watching the sunrise and sunset—they were some of the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen. Seeing a dolphin swim by was such a sweet surprise, and on our last day, we even caught a glimpse of stingrays near the shore.”

Cleanest Condo we have ever stayed in

When we arrived first thing we noticed is how clean condo was. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen has all the pots and pans you would ever need. Deck had incredible view of ocean. Washer and dryer was not in condo but at bottom of stairs. They were very handy and available most of the time. Tips - if you stay more than a couple days bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. If it is very important for you to have a front row spot on the beach, you will need to set your umbrella up between five and 5:30 am. 30A Shades start setting up about 5:00am and have most of the front row of the beach covered by 6:20 am. Of course you can rent an umbrella and 2 chairs from them for 50 a day. We spent most of our time in the water, so this was not important to us. 30A even offered one day to drill our hole for our umbrella in the sand very nice guys. We enjoy the condo and definitely stay in the future when we are in the area.

Great Stay!

Property was perfect! We only stayed 3 days, had we had stayed longer we would have really needed a washer/dryer. There was technically one on the property (it was under the stairs and very old tho), probably wasn’t worth using! That was the only down side everything else was perfect!

Beachfront Bliss

It was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. The view was a gift from sunrise until sundown. Donna was accessible and pleasant. The location was perfect for all that we gad planned. We enjoyed being tucked away in a quiet area. Hope to return to this property.
