The house was great, although there were a couple of small cleaning issues. The pool was also not very clean. Overall a great location and beautiful home. We had a great time and would stay at this home again.

Awesome location in the middle of all things 30A. A quick walk to the beach and a short bike ride to seaside and watercolor. We had a blast at this spot!

It was a wonderful vacation! Have 2 minor suggestions. They need to fix the outdoor grill. Seems to be leaking. Also, the home needs one large pot and a few mixing bowls. Other than that, it was perfect for my family!!

Great vaca! Just what our family needed

First time to Seagrove. We usually stay is Seacrest, glad we ventured out after seeing this house on instagram. The house was comfortable, clean, and well-furnished. We all slept soundly on the comfy beds and pillows. The bonfire night and grocery delivery service were definite highlights. They gifted us with an additional bikes for our kids! 30A Beach Girls were amazing with their local expertise and invaluable recommendations. Highly recommend this home and their service!

Splurge Well Worth It!

This home was not only cozy but also exceptionally clean, radiating great energy, and equipped with every amenity you could ever desire in a vacation home. Its proximity to the beach and a quick bike ride away from Seaside added to its appeal and favored with our kids. Working with 30A Beach Girls was a breeze! They arranged a chilly yet very worthwhile beach bonfire night that went above and beyond our expectations, contributing to a fantastic family trip. Without a doubt, we would eagerly return! Business run by "neurotic attorneys"

Ignore "female-run" being prominently and repeatedly posted throughout the ad.... Probably to give an impression of a personal attention and experience. Nothing can be further from truth. I encountered another company there "30a Beach Boys" (I assume run by the same corporation as this "30 Beach Girls") and they are all run by neurotic attorneys that send you all kind of emails and texts written to sound very legal and repeatedly warning you about consequences of not following their terms (for example, repeatedly warning about how we would get charged full day's fee if we showed up at the property before 4pm). Our experience became stressful and unpleasant even before we got there. Don't expect any responses to calls or call-backs. Their voicemail always states "it's busy season" whether it's Dec, Jan, or March. We had to involve VRBO customer service to finally able to talk to someone in February. They only showed up once when a toilet clogged. There was stair trim broken that made it very dangerous for someone to walk barefoot (sharp edge) and we notified them but it was never addressed. There was a water leak from the second floor (some pipe?) but nobody bothered to come Washing machine stopped working and nobody came to look at it. We had mailed something to the property (last minute Amazon shopping) and contacted the host multiple times about pick up (it went to their mailbox) but the host didn't help to get it. Not enough space to describe it all...
