Watersound Spring Break

Wonderful location and beautiful home. We loved our stay at this property and neighborhood. It’s close to Old Florida Fish House and several other favorite restaurants and the boardwalk access to the beach was perfect. Only drawback was the golf cart. It didn’t work most of the time we were there. But we didn’t really need it.

The home is beautiful and well laid out. There's plenty of space for hanging out with family or for retreating to your own space to have a little privacy. Yes, there is a walk to the beach, but it is well worth it. I cannot recommend this home and community enough. It truly feels like home!

We found ourselves in town and needing to change rental home locations last minute. This beauty happened to be open for the exact days we needed, and they helped us facilitate a quick check in. It is absolutely stunning and fit our group of 9 wonderfully. Close to great restaurants, huge neighborhood pool and beautiful uncrowded beach! Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay at 30A

Very clean and beautiful home! We loved how the sleeping areas are separated so that everyone has their own personal space and the teens could sleep as late as they liked without being disturbed by the early risers! It is a perfect location; the community pool is right around the corner and getting to the beach is no problem at all. We used the brand-new street legal golf cart to park at the pool, then we strolled across the beautiful boardwalk to get to the beach. The beds were extremely comfortable, the home is a perfect size and the screened in patio and BBQ area are a dream. The little ones LOVED the porch swings and TV area upstairs. The older crew loved morning walks in the beautiful neighborhood and coffee on the patio. We have been staying along 30A for 12+ years and we would book this home again in a heartbeat!
