The only reason 3 stars is our neighbors were obnoxiously drunk, so only a few hours of sleep. Had we not shared a common area, would have probably been fine. I would have never dreamed that this house was so very small, 3 stories with the master bedroom on the third floor, kitchen/den second floor and kids bedroom on first floor right in front of the front door. My husband could not stay in the master bedroom on the third floor. The address we were given brought us to the back gate which you can't go through. Then the instructions say off of 30a.
