SHOES: If unit has Wood Floors Please remove shoes upon entering the unit to prevent scratches to the hardwood floors
A/C: When exiting the unit, kindly turn off the A/C, as well when having the sliding glass doors open. We are an Eco-friendly housing condominium
BATHROOM TISSUES: Ladies feminine items & all other, please utilize the waste basket
WASTE BASKETS: Please place all Coffee Grinds, Cooking Oil and or any other waste, in provided Garbage cans
CHECK OUT TIMES: As a friendly reminder, check in time is: 2PM / Check Out time: 10AM
CLEANERS: Stove cleaner is provided; please utilize these products they are non-abrasive
WASHER/DRYER: each unit comes equipped with a Washer and Dryer; please remove any dryer lint to prevent a potential fire
JACUZZI: kindly wipe down after usage with a soft towel to prevent staining
WOOD FLOORING: Any water spills needs to be dried up right away to avoid staining and extensive damage
POOL AREA: we offer 3 infinity pools at our facility, all children under 10 years of age need to be accompanied by an adult of 18 years of age and or older, NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY, Please Swim with Caution.
GUEST: If having Guest over, please have them park along the driveway, parking garage are Only for Condo tenants and Vacation Rentals. NO OVERNIGHT GUEST ALLOWED
PARKING: Designated Parking for Vacation Rentals and Tenants is indicated by the last 2 digits of the Unit number: (i.e. 12223 park #23)
GARBAGE: Large garbage cans/barrels are located at the beginning of the building
