“I did not get the room I thought I had ordered and I couldn’t find my exact order on Expedia. I got Bay view also. It’s not a view of a bay view It’s a parking lot view. I ordered a balcony. No balcony. I had to call for towels and toilet paper and eventually had to go get it. The desk didn’t send it when I called. The “manager” on our arrival was so rude. She was curt and quick to shut down my questions about my room. Rooms weren’t cleaned until 4-5 o’clock. When you are getting ready for……
