Bom custo benefício, com baratas.

Quarto com baratas; Banheiro com mofo no chão; É possível ouvir as baladas do Quarto, principalmente aos fins de semana; A localização é bom: 3 min da Augustinas, Estado e Ahumada, 5 min do Palácio de la Moneda, 7min da Plaza de Armas, 6min até a estação de metro, 20min de metro até o Costanera Center, 30 min até o aeroporto. Boa arrumação diária, porém só trocam as toalhas que deixam a desejar. Edredom extra com muito mofo. Tem ar condicionado e aquecedor. Não contém academia como o anunciado.

Good Location Bad customer service.

As we went into the building the security guard stopped us and asked us where we were going— we explained we were checking in and he directed us to the room in the building where the “front desk” is. We knocked on that door for close to 20 minutes; we knocked from 9 am to 9:20 before we gave up and came down the elevator to the main building (A -> B). The security guard let us know he had no key for us and if there was no one there there’s nothing he could do. I called Expedia because this seemed like a ghost hotel, I asked for a refund so that we could go to a hotel, but they said no refund could be issued because it was non refundable— which I would understand if there was a hotel to check in, but we didn’t have a hotel. All of this took more than an hour and I’m calling from my US cell to Expedia costing me long distance charges. After an hour of waiting and being on the line the lady from Expedia finally gets a hold of the “front desk” agent; he refuses to refund my money and says he’s been there the whole time (which he hasn’t). We go up to building B and up the elevator, he opens the door. The receptionist was rude as soon as he opened the door, no apologies, just said he had been here the whole time (which he hadn’t). He is grumpy and rude the whole time he’s checking me in. Asking me for my passport and then going on a rant about me. In short, Would not recommend. We checked out at 9:30 and he was not there for that, I had to slide the key under the door.

Localização perfeita

A localização do apart é perfeita. Fica a 3 minutos a pé do Metro Santa Ana e fizemos todos os pontos turísticos do centro de Santiago a pé. A Casa de La Moneda, por exemplo, fica a duas quadras. Outro ponto positivo é ter um mercado praticamente na frente do Hotel, chamado Santa Isabel.

Awesome location on Santiago

The room was clean and nice, except for the heater/cooler that was weak for the room size. The room service was nice and fast and the location is awesome!

Safe neighborhood hotel but..

You get what you pay for. You get a letter at the Front Desk with keys and instructions to pass by an office to leave credit card info. Which if you do, even after paying in full with all included you may be sucked into paying more. The area is very safe and so is the building. These apts eems to be subleased apt use to rent via Expedia. As the entire complex has permanent residents. Many places to eat and shop or be entertained. Transportation is convenient. For the money is worth it.

Excelente ubicación. WIFI funciona bien. El servicio de limpieza diaria es limitado y el estado de higiene del lugar no es bueno. El departamento está bueno pero con poco esmero en la limpieza.

Intransigent hotel policies.

Reserved room months in advance, prepaid with credit card. Itinerary changed. Hotel refused a refund! Never going there again.

Ubicación inmejorable pero el hotel horrible

La habitación deja mucho que desear, lo único bueno de este hotel es su ubicación que es inmejorable! Decia que tenia aire acondicionado y NO es verdad! Había un ventilador chico eso no es aire acondicionado!! Te morias de calor en la habitación! El baño es horrible, la limpieza es medio pelo, habian cucarachas y en la cama habian pulgas! Nos dejaron todo el dia del Domingo sin papel higienico, tuvimos que salir a comprar de apuro, el sabado ya quedaba poco y no fueron capaces de reponer. No volveria a este lugar! Una pena por su excelente ubicación.

Worst service ever even for the price

First, the best I can say is it has a centric location and was cheap. However it wouldn't bother me to pay a little more for better room cleaning. The cleaning service lady was totally careless, I had to insist couple times with management to have the carpet get vacuum cleaned and change pillows covers. Some times didn't change towels or removed the trash, I tipped her trying to motivate an improvement, she didn't earned it but it didn't work. Doesn't looks like management cares as we were not the only ones complaining and now I see that other reviewers concur. Very bad to show Chilenian spirit.

Fiquei com receios ao reservar devido aos comentários, mas, ao chegar foi totalmente ao contrário, meu voo foi de madrugada, cheguei, o cartão estava já disponível na portaria, uma cama confortável, mini cozinha faltou alguns copos e pratos, mas nada que ''fosse morrer por isso'', o banheiro limpo, confortável. Ao contrário dos comentários, o serviço de limpeza passou todos os dias, até dispensei um dia porque não havia necessidade. Nos dias que não consegui arrumar a cama, eles arrumaram. O Wi-Fi é muito bom, sinal no quarto inteiro. TV ótima, a piscina também incrível com uma ótima vista. Perto de mercado, cafeteria e estação de metro.

Wifi malísimo, no pudimos conectarnos jamás y por más que lo reportamos nadie lo reparó. Muchas vece intentamos localizar al personal y nunca contestaban el teléfono que nos proporcionaron. Tuve que cancelar una última noche por cambio de vuelos y espero mi reembolso aún

só falta um pouco de capricho

Flat com cozinha contendo frigobar, microondas, fogão e torradeira. Cama limpa e confortável, porém, pecam na limpeza do quarto. Vidros sujos, toalhas velhas e trocadas apenas a cada dois dias. Tivemos dificuldades em encontrar pessoas na recepção pois nunca tinha ninguém lá. Está localizado na região central de Santiago e vários pontos turísticos podem ser acessados a pé. A estação de metrô mais próxima fica a cerca de 600 metros.
