Private one bedroom apartment
This place is located approx 20 min metro journey away from downtown Santiago + 5 more minutes walk. I believe it is a medium to high end area with spacious houses, apartments Tower and modern office buildings around. The area feels safe, with a shopping center nearby for necessities.
The place is not obvious to find because it is actually an apartment block ran by another business, but using the address I managed to find it. Just show your reservation to the security and he will give you your keys.
The apartment is modern with air conditioning, utensils for cooking are available. Condiments are missing so I just buy my own. Toilets are clean, shower is hot with shampoo, soap provided. Some problems with bath tub though because I found some water leaking beneath it, it was acceptable though.
Laundry is available at basement and are coin operated. Bring own detergent.
The maid and the security are both helpful, but only speak Spanish.
The view is great, I stayed at 17th floor and it is already taller than most surrounding buildings.
I didn't use the gym or swimming pool so no comment on it.
