Private one bedroom apartment

This place is located approx 20 min metro journey away from downtown Santiago + 5 more minutes walk. I believe it is a medium to high end area with spacious houses, apartments Tower and modern office buildings around. The area feels safe, with a shopping center nearby for necessities. The place is not obvious to find because it is actually an apartment block ran by another business, but using the address I managed to find it. Just show your reservation to the security and he will give you your keys. The apartment is modern with air conditioning, utensils for cooking are available. Condiments are missing so I just buy my own. Toilets are clean, shower is hot with shampoo, soap provided. Some problems with bath tub though because I found some water leaking beneath it, it was acceptable though. Laundry is available at basement and are coin operated. Bring own detergent. The maid and the security are both helpful, but only speak Spanish. The view is great, I stayed at 17th floor and it is already taller than most surrounding buildings. I didn't use the gym or swimming pool so no comment on it.

Flat bem localizado.

O ralo do chuveiro estava entupido.

The apartment was OK and well located, but we couldn't access the parking space we were assigned as the vehicle in the spot next to ours was large and parked partially in our spot. We tried calling the rental number and nobody from the rental company answered our calls (after hours?) so luckily the security people assigned us a visitors parking spot. When we got into the apartment, all seemed ok, however there were a couple of burnt out light bulbs that needed to be replaced. Some of the dishes and cutlery were dirty and we needed wash them before using them. There was no work area to setup a computer, so I had to use the small table of the outdoor balcony. The elevators were very slow, as it is a very large building. We originally had planned to stay 4 nights, however after 2 nights we decided leave and find a better place.

Buena experiencia y buen sector

Small tidy apartment in a good location

The apartment is in peaceful and safe area and there are some restaurants around. There is only one air condition machine in the bedroom, but we kept the door open to the living room and it was totally ok. In the living room there is only one sofa and a chair and therefore it is a little ascetic. The only which was irritating is the noice of traffic. Although the apartment is at 21st floor, the noice at the terrace is very loud and unfortunately you can hear it inside as well.

In general the cleanness condition of apartment was not good (Dirty). The second day, it was possible to see some improvement after cleanness process. Good location near to the supermarket and mall. The swimming pool was amazing w/ great view on the top of building.

Excellent location and roomy apartment. Secure and clean. Water is hot and pressure is reasonable. Good facilities (pool and gym) and main bedroom has air con. Suitable for longer stays, however a few things are amiss: there’s a dishwasher and washing machine but detergents aren’t provided (even a few tablets for the dishwasher would be good). There’s a fully equipped kitchen but no oven mitt/ tea towels. They are promptly responsive to requests, such as the provision of a laundry hanging stand. I’d come back again.
